房屋有點破，走廊非常暗，最主要的是被子非常臟，家裡人很無語，感覺因該像尿漬沒有洗乾淨，這個床單也是有油漬沒有洗乾淨，因為燈光是黃色的拍的不是很清晰，因為第一次來人生地不熟也沒有再找，被子是翻過來睡的，整體屋裡桌子是乾淨的，但是整體設施確實比較舊

附近就是淮河步行街，位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，門外就是海底撈火鍋，大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，前台效率高，周到，專業很不錯，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，水温好，網速快，辦公方便，房間整理，特別是房東服務特別好，下次還來。

這個房子很大，很方便! 衞生間也很大。床比較舒服，沙發也不錯。有冰箱，廚房，放映機與書本。另外有毛巾，牙膏，電風還有洗衣機。風景與地址是最好的是，房子在22嘍，在合肥中心。有很多商店，飯館，地鐵站與購物廣場附近。合肥火車站也不遠。
不過，我們不能用廚房，不能用杯子因為都很臟。
放映機也比較差。

老闆貼心，人好，房間環境對遊客整天在外玩衹要個睡得好的環境來説，那這房間是夠的。位置去哪玩都方便，醫院 吃喝 逛街購物什麼的都沒問題，離地鐵站也近。我跟朋友去旅遊
