設施:酒店設施還可以比較齊全。
衞生:房間衞生很乾凈哦，我一向是對衞生比較挑剔的，這個酒店就很好，很滿意。環境:還不錯，給人舒服的感覺，打開窗簾就能看到巢湖。
服務:前台小姐姐和客房阿姨都很熱情。
這家酒店給我的體驗感很好，是個值得入住的酒店。

首先入住整體體驗一般
優點:1:出行便利，出門過路口就是地鐵，打車也好打，外賣點餐周邊也很豐富。
2:酒店內部環境好，大氣優雅，房間內裝修風格舒適，乾淨衞生。
3:向前台反映水壺不能使用，工作人員前來查看後給換了新的水壺而不是拿來舊的，滿意。
不足:1:我無法理解一個酒店為什麼在夜間連熱水都不能提供，因跨年夜休息的較晚，打開熱水開到最大最熱，水壓幾乎沒有而且放了很久都是涼的，幾十的小賓館我覺得都不至於沒有熱水，難不成酒店為了省電？差評。
2:我預訂是啡凡體驗房入住在207，靠床頭一側的窗户上沒有把手，窗户根本關不嚴實，漏冷風+外部噪音，睡覺體驗差。
3:沒有隔音，隔壁説話聽得清清楚楚，房間牆體應該是板材隔斷而不是混凝土牆，各位前來入住的注意説話聲音大小。
