The hotel location is great, just 5 mins walk from the mrt station. Front desk staff are friendly n helpful, thanks to 前台小姐姐 曹梦娣help to keep n liaise with the delivery guy for my parcel, also another staff which I didnt get her name, I think is the front desk Manager, super helpful too . The room amenities are good and the bed is comfy. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel environment is fantastic, the facilities are complete, the service is very attentive, the experience is great, the service is attentive, and the rooms are also very clean. Why is this in English? I can do it myself, it's okay

The hotel is so hot. Can not change the air conditioner. The tv must download an special app to watch movies. It is not correct. The location is good and the place is clean.
