mostly good but note they take your passport as security and don’t accept anything else as a deposit. the passport is not stored in a secure location, it’s just put in a drawer behind the counter.
i got it back with no issues but i wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are a dual citizen. i’m not sure if other hotels in the area do the same but this is the only hotel i’ve been to in china where they’ve insisted on holding it

The cleaning sign was up all day, but no one took care of it. When I went back at night, no one cleaned it. The double bed was made of a wooden board. I was speechless. The facilities were old and the price was ridiculous.

The location is very good. You can see Heilongjiang River right outside and Russia on the other side. There are museums nearby and a lot of food. It is a good choice and worth recommending. If I come to Heihe again, I will choose this place.

This location is really convenient. It is right next to the Heilongjiang River when going out for kidnapping. It is a step away from the check-in point of the Overseas Chinese Association in Russia. The room is very clean and the waiters and girls are very enthusiastic.
