"The hotel's decor smells incredibly strong! It's irritating to the eyes and nose. The windows in the hallway are nailed shut, preventing ventilation. The cleaning staff said the manager forbade it, but they also wanted some air. I contacted the hotel twice during my stay, but to no avail. Heihe is actually quite cool from 8 PM to 8 AM, and the hallway windows could easily be opened for over 10 hours of ventilation daily. Even after all this communication, they still refused to agree. Furthermore, the front desk staff had no smiles, let alone enthusiasm. They were completely indifferent to guests. This is the first time I've encountered such service. A truly speechless, bizarre, and inexplicable hotel! !!!"
