房間挺好的，主要是價格實惠，有收費停車場，出行方便，周圍交通便利，早餐店銀行商店都有，還是挺不錯的，適合常駐出差的朋友來。

這家酒店以前叫銀大湖城時候就經常過來住，變更名字後依然入住。整體覺得性價比，服務都不錯。樓下就是吃飯地方，河沿麪片味道很好。昨天入住也非常愉快，今早準備退房因為我身體有慢性病得過突發性腦梗，加上行李較多。因此我提前下樓到前台説開個發票，這樣一會兒我到前台直接辦理退房，然後檢查完房間直接就可以離開。非常簡單的事情，前台有位服務人員語氣非常生硬説不行，必須退房後開發票。我給她看了原來銀大湖城的一個工作人員的微信，那個微信是開發票用的。她説是她的經理，然後我就沒在理她説了一句話：“作為服務人員是靈活的，不是死搬硬套的。”我上樓後就跟她的經理説了開發票，她經理態度非常好説一會兒就開好發我微信。收拾好行李我們就下樓到了前台我説退房，前台那個年青服務員直接就非常氣氛搶我手裡卡我説你幹嘛，她説你不是退房嗎，我説退房也是我遞給你，幹嘛你要搶我手裡的房卡。然後那年青服務員説你不願意住就不要這裏住，我説如果你是老闆我絕對不住。然後退房後説停車收費，去年我過來住，都是前台打個招呼然後就開車出去。今年如果發生變化，昨天我入住時候幹嘛不説，出門就是為了方便停車，吃飯才這裏入住。臨走才説這裏收費了，這性質我也是笑了。另外一個服務員戴眼鏡的態度很好，然後讓我們開車走了。出門住宿都是開心愉快的不是看臉色吵架的，現在服務業這麼發達，哪裡都可以住宿。因為這裏住了六年多，竟然換了賓館名稱遇見這樣一個人員。這酒店大多數服務人員都不錯，不希望這顆老鼠屎壞了整鍋湯。

旅遊一趟， 住的最不滿意的一次，前台服務很好，但是房間很差，地毯全是頭髮 馬桶也很臟 淋浴設備老舊 熱水供應不足 水流慢到極點 孩子都沒洗成澡 聽不滿意的……
