The overall hygiene was OK, except for the old yellow stains on the bed sheets. Since I brought disposable bed sheets and pillowcases, I did not report this to the hotel. I was asked to give a good review on the first night. Out of mutual respect for the front desk staff, I gave it. The environment was not suitable, there was only one small elevator and outsiders could come in and out at will, so a ** card was stuffed into my pocket in the middle of the night. The service is not good. In the evening, I asked the front desk for water and reported the card problem, but the water was not delivered. I waited for ten minutes and went downstairs to get it myself. The cards may have become commonplace and may be something that men would love to have, so there was no apology. Can I assume that the hotel condones this kind of transaction or that it can provide this kind of service? The facilities are not available, the elevator has a card area but it doesn't work, so anyone can come in and out as they please.

The service is very poor. The hotel has no air conditioning and it is very hot.

1月30日中午辦理入住的前台態度不錯，但是她把停車位的問題想簡單了，由於過年期間周邊餐館很多都歇業，就樓下的餐館還營業，晚上回到酒店停車位非常緊張，前面幾乎沒停車位，後面的停車位非常窄，兩邊停寬點的車中間壓根過不去。另外，客房的衞生間牆面掛鈎或置物架太少，衣服浴巾根本不夠掛。因為洗手枱不在衞生間，沒有置物架，上廁所手機都不知道往哪擱。客房裡麪雖然沒遇到蚊子，但是遇到了“小強”。其次，酒店早餐種類比較少，可能是過年的原因，服務人員無論是數量還是態度都需要提升，今早就一個阿姨在忙前忙後的確實應付不來，因為吃粉加料的問題，將外地的顧客數落一頓，把對方弄的特別尷尬，還有早餐的咖啡機也太次了，一次水衹夠一壺，一壺也就4杯到5杯左右的量。這邊要煮粉，那邊咖啡機要來回跑加水，後廚還要出餐，一個人拆兩三個人用，有脾氣也能理解。最後，酒店可圈可點的地方就是配了洗衣液，比其他酒店配的爛香皂要方便很多。

酒店環境特別好，安靜又温馨。入住的時候前台還幫忙升級了房型，太驚喜了！房間打掃得一塵不染，各種用品質量都很高。服務真的沒得説，住得太滿意啦！

酒店位於南華大學附近很好找，有停車位，服務也不錯。
