The bedding is soft, and the room is well-equipped, even including a Bluetooth speaker that's easy to connect for music or charging. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, making the entire check-in process smooth. From the environment and cleanliness to the amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. "The waiter is not flexible enough. All staff must scan their faces before giving the room card. If there is no parking space at the door, the driver must get out of the car to scan his face before the elderly and children can get the room card. The breakfast is very simple. There is basically nothing to eat. I cooked a bowl of noodles, not much, and there is not even a boiled egg. The most uncomfortable thing is that there is no parking space. Parking is far away on the road. There is no disposable toilet seat. The stairwell is very hot. The room is already very hot without heating, but it is very dry."

"Facilities: As soon as you enter, you can smell a refreshing aroma in the hotel lobby! It's not a commercial scent, I really love it. Ambiance: This entire building is taken up by the Haman Hotel, which is truly fantastic. There's a large courtyard for parking, and I never expected to find such a great hotel in Hengyang. The room was huge! Absolutely wonderful. Service: At 1 AM, I got locked out by my key card. I called the front desk, and they immediately came up to help me open the door, even giving me an extra key card. Any issues were promptly resolved. They also provide disposable facial towels, facial cleanser, hair ties, and you can even have complimentary evening porridge!"

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we asked the security parking attendant at the door for help, but they ignored us. (I often use Ctrip and I often go out to play, which is very polite). Because parking spaces are tight during the National Day. It is indeed difficult to park, and this is when security is needed to help coordinate. Not only did the security not help, We found a parking space on our own, and even though we were not allowed to park in a parking space that was said to be for locals (the area is public and is next to the hotel, you can take a look at the picture), the security guard threatened: "Be careful when you wake up the next morning and your car will be smashed." "I can't imagine this place or this hotel being lawless! ! ! Security includes services such as direct delivery to the hotel by the delivery man with the room card. When the delivery man delivers the food, the delivery man is like arresting a prisoner, knocking on the door crazily and making a very vicious sound. Although this is not the responsibility of the hotel, it is basic. Other Vienna hotels have robots, why don’t you use robots? Also, when I checked in, I knew there were many people during the National Day, but what do you mean by chatting? I have always been generous to many people. "Choosing Yijian Junya for my trip to Hengyang was absolutely the smartest decision! The New Chinese style is perfectly my aesthetic. From the screens in the lobby to the ink wash paintings in the rooms, every detail exudes elegant, classical charm. I just had to stand by the window and snap a pic, and my friends on WeChat Moments immediately blew up asking for the location! The location is unbelievably good – practically perfect! Right next door is a famous old snack street where I could just feast on local noodles, river snails, and fried skewers along the way. Any food lover would be in heaven! The rooms are fully equipped with smart toilets and air purifiers. The bedding is so incredibly soft, it felt like sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a perfectly sound sleep every single night. They offer a complimentary laundry room with drying facilities, and even the detergent smelled lovely! While the gym isn't huge, it has enough equipment, like a treadmill and dumbbells, for a decent daily workout. For breakfast, you absolutely *must* try the Hengyang rice noodles with double toppings – the fresh toppings and rich broth are simply divine! The afternoon tea fruit tea was delightfully sweet without being cloying, and the late-night snow fungus soup was just what I needed to warm my soul. Our butler, Xinyue, was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. She helped with our luggage upon check-in, offered us refreshing iced 'Duck Sh*t Scent' lemon tea (don't let the name fool you, it's delicious!), and even gave us a lovely souvenir upon check-out. This level of service truly made the stay unforgettable. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on my next visit to Hengyang!"
