非常棒，窗對着南嶽，滿窗山景。房間設計新穎，坐在飄窗上望山飲茶，相當愜意。
最關鍵是，管家潤之美女，服務非常細緻，噓寒問暖，送水果牛奶，還給小朋友贈送了一張早餐券，外賣幫忙送到房間門口。
第二天下山後，因高鐵時間比較晚，又開了鐘點房住了三個小時。
接送車是一輛黑色奔馳商務車，舒適大氣

酒店安排來接站的車不錯，司機服務態度也好。房間贈送了牛奶，水果，零食，不錯。晚上22：00開始提供宵夜，很貼心，還能免費加量。早餐品種豐富，都是素菜，沒有葷菜的，咖啡就一般般，不是現磨咖啡。客房有提供泡茶茶具，茶葉好喝，也挺好。回程出現了一點小插曲，幸好酒店及時處理了，還贈送了福字擺件，帶福回家，感恩！下次來還會繼續預訂這個酒店。補充一點建議，如果房間備有體脂秤就更完美了。希望酒店越做越好！

商務車接站送站，酒店離南嶽景區很近，步行大概十五分鐘內。吃飯什麼的都很方便，酒店裝修很好，靠近街道但隔音很好。前台接待的皮桂華很熱情，免費幫我們升級了房型。以後來南嶽玩，還會選擇這家酒店，不錯

519房廁所氣味特別大，窗外是牆，估計是最差的特價房給了我。服務員弄了一會兒，噴了點香水，不過很快又有很重氣味。攜程二十幾年老會員了，最差的一次酒店體會。

交通方便，去南嶽大廟步行幾分鐘，去衡山也步行十分鐘左右，旁邊有美食街，吃喝方便，酒店送的水果牛奶，前台服務皮皮服務很不錯，退房還送了小禮物！
