房間乾淨衞生，窗户明亮，佈局合理。
離石鼓書院不過五分鐘左右，位置優越，樓下有許多美食，離湘江也不遠，周邊環境優越。
不論公交還是打車到衡陽站也不遠，適合學生黨。

交通便利，離石鼓書院走路七八分鐘就到了，附近有不少吃飯的地方，都是當地特色，經濟實惠。
服務態度不錯。
當然，房間的設施相對久一些了，但這個價錢，性價比可以了。

值得推薦噢，主要誇一下工作人員，人超級好，態度真的非常好，沒有一點不耐煩！一直很貼心，服務很温暖，真的是沒有啥説的，沖就完事了交通非常的便利，多條地鐵和公交線路直達，必須給個好評

設施：設施設備很差的酒店，衞生間淋浴區下水口堵塞，洗澡水泡一直着腳。淋浴器花灑很差很爛，一直在漏水，把我放在上面的洗面奶都泡進水了，也沒人及時維修，酒店真是不作為。馬桶邊上上的捲紙，酒店釘的位置很不合理，位置太低了，捲紙巾直接吊到垃圾桶裏麪了，噁心且不衞生。
環境：並且衞生間超小的，房間也不大，垃圾桶更是裝飾用的，小到啥都放不下意，放一點垃圾就滿溢出來。
周邊：這個7天酒店唯一的優點就是市中心近景區，去哪個進去都近都方便，樓下什麼商鋪都有，零食、水果、葯店…平常需要用的東西酒店樓下都有得賣，很方便。

這家7天真的超乎想象的不錯。首先臨街很好找，大堂有很好聞的香味，前台小姐姐服務很熱情。我們退房後要去玩，她們還能免費寄存行李。前台還有茶水喝，我們去的時候喝的是酸梅湯。客房的空間也非常大，床重點推薦，超級軟，床上用品也很乾凈。房間裏面都很乾凈，還是連鎖酒店衞生好，很多東西都是一次性的，完全不用擔心不乾淨，特別是一次性洗臉巾，真的挺好用。房間窗户也很大，採光特別好，樓層比較高，可以看很遠的風景。還有餐廳和洗衣房，洗衣房還有烘乾機，還有晾衣桿。真的超過了我對7天酒店的印象。非常棒，值得推薦。
