I forgot to bring my razor and facial cleanser, but the housekeeping lady replied to me without seeing it. That’s great! I'm not sure what I'm asking you for? If you lose it, just lose it. It’s nothing and it’s not worth much. Don't be too casual

Very bad experience. The TV is facing the bed and cannot be turned off; there is no screen, the window is difficult to control, and mosquitoes wake me up in the middle of the night. The door is not soundproof, and people start moving around the door after six o'clock.

The hotel sucks! Hiding in a small alley, the windows are not ventilated, the air conditioning is particularly ineffective, and there are spider webs in the room. The door is not soundproof at all and the noise can be heard while sleeping. Can't even sleep.

酒店環境很好，地理位置也好，服務更是周到熱情，有衡山西高鐵接站送站服務，司機師傅也特別好，聽説我們要去南嶽裏，就幫我們送到了南嶽裏，幫我們把行李也給拿回酒店了，還贈送了小禮品，房間裏還有零食，走的時候還送了特產，非常棒，價格也實惠，下次來還會選這裏，到景區也很方便。推薦！
