非常好的商家，以後還會再來，長住。出門就是公交車站（如圖），周邊單車，電單車都很方便，附近還有公園。附近有大學，所以吃的東西很多，價格也實惠。感謝大姐讓我提前入住，謝謝！

酒店距離師範學院和工學院不遠，吃飯購物比較方便，老闆娘服務還不錯。就是自家賓館，設施一般，好在價格不貴，多少平衡點。

房間的質量和設施實在太差了，價位還那麼高兩個小小的內窗户，一點新鮮空氣都沒有，這樣的賓館怎麼稱得上商務酒店？先不説沒有電梯，商務酒店連礦泉水都沒有，廁紙也沒有，衞生間也沒有乾濕分離，在我們那邊，這就是旅館的標配

房間乾淨衞生，該有的設施、用品什麼的也都一應俱全。老闆阿姨和叔都很熱情，離衡陽師範學院也很近，附近有零食店和好吃的，點外賣也是非常方便的。
