Please don't step into this trap. The experience is very bad. There was no hot water all night. You can't even take a shower with a little warm water. The service attitude at the front desk is bad. They basically ignore you and do whatever you want. The hygiene of the room is... It's really bad. There are cigarette butts, betel nut residue and garbage everywhere in the corner. I don't know if the quilt has been washed. I feel itchy all over my body when I sleep. It says on the booking form that you have to stay in good faith and you will be charged a deposit. The two extra breakfasts are not available. I asked. The front desk said that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast now. I asked why they still charged Ctrip for breakfast when there was no breakfast. Then they didn't answer or refund the money. They looked like you were doing what you wanted. I was really speechless. It was my first time to stay in a hotel in Hengyang and I encountered such a bad hotel. It lowered my overall evaluation of Hengyang.
