參加衡陽馬拉松，離體育中心很近，安靜，方便，衞生，服務熱情。
衡陽馬拉松全馬安全完賽，早上8.00鳴槍開跑。成績3：26：26，配速4：52。心率157。
陰轉晴，氣温9度。
昨晚住衡陽師範學院附近的“清華賓館”，昨天下午領完參賽包雨中騎一個小電動到賓館，今早又騎小電動過來，比賽出發點可惜不能停。
開跑偶遇226大鐵（跑42.195，騎行180，游泳3.8公里。共226公里）大神馬鳳玲，上次和他常德一起跟330兔子跑。 今早我出發跟315兔，半馬1.36。24公里後跟不上，最低掉速5.40左右。最後2公里稍微加點速，不然被330兔子追上。
31公里被“跑不死”左國兵追上，他3.18。最開始被錯錯追上，接着“月光”易婭羣，還有呂軍輝也超我，終點差點追上陳小許（他常德3.25）。過終點遇到九哥劉澤祥，他3.28.24。
平時沒跑長距離速度，這成績跑着還是難受，更談不上快樂。以賽代練，還是要多參加一些比賽[破涕為笑][破涕為笑][破涕為笑]
衡陽賽道平，比長沙賽道好，服務周到，觀眾熱情。坐火車方便，明年繼續參加。
