在這裏住宿,停車停酒店正門口被劃傷,酒店推諉扯皮,不負責任,查監控不讓查,報警處理後,發現酒店有兩個監控是沒信號的,其中包括正樓下的監控也是沒信號的,也沒有具體説法,監控什麼時候壞的,時候能修好,沒有回覆,也沒有幫助顧客找到兇手。

房間整體還不錯，但是新買的白色睡衣在他們酒店穿了一次第二天（17號）忘記拿走了，後來退房來長沙了，當天晚上發現睡衣沒帶回就聯繫了酒店前台，説幫我找，結果沒後續
我第二天（18號）又繼續打了，一個男的説前台上廁所去了，待會幫我問下，又沒有後續了
今天打電話，説沒找到，還説説客人落下的東西都會保留三個月，意思是我自己帶走了，我自己的責任……誰會沒事找事，給自己添堵，落東西是我的問題，可是我及時反饋了遲遲得不到回饋且一直推卸，貴酒店這樣做真的合理嗎？
