Very bad experience,
Facilities: All Seasons in China is better than here, 3 stars at most
Sanitation: A lot of ants🐜
Environment: The beach and the place where children play in the water are good
Service: Very poor, only two bottles of water per day
The key is that I booked 5 beds, but I was given 4 beds! Definitely do not recommend staying in this hotel, the food is so salty!

We were here for a week to celebrate few birthdays. We were a group of 12 people, aged from 10 to 70. Only two minors, the rest were adults. We were looking for a place that had something for us all. Well, this hotel was probably more for the families with children. There was many pools and pool areas but there wasn't a pool for adults for a good swim or relaxing sunbathe. Biggest and deepest pool was the one with animation but that was always very crowded and impossible to properly swim. Every other pool was designed mainly for children. Well, in the middle of everything was a big pool but it is VIP only so you should pay to swim there. Room was good and clean. It had everything we needed. Beds were very soft, maybe too soft for me and what I'm used to but others seemed to like it. Food was good. Really good. There was a lot to choose from and everyone found something to eat. Staff in restaurants were very polite and nice, always smiling and working hard. We got some snacks from different bars by the pools and they were good also. The wok-bar was a nice and different thing, really enjoyed it. Beach is quite small but it was still nice. All and all: nice, clean and quite modern hotel in large area. You are never hungry or thirsty. Close to city and shops so it was easy to walk there if didn't want to spend time at hotel. Clearly designed for families with children, not a good pool for adults. Still we had a good time.

A very happy time. We have spent a wonderful 4 nights. The food, the amenities, the pools, the bars, the experience itself was great! The beaches were clean, the pools were clean, the whole place seemed to be spotless. Some things that bothered me but had I asked about, would have probably been resolved is the AC in the room that I am not sure if worked properly. Other then that sort of things(we didn't really needed the AC so I didn't bother with it) all was excellent The concierge, the service, the staff of the hotel and the in-house restaurants - ALL were great to the point where we really didn't want to leave. I would definitely return!(already planning my next trip, probably there if not one of their sister hotels)

We booked 5 rooms for 17 people and were given rooms in the main building – right above the lobby. The noise was unbearable – both from the lobby and from the balcony, which faces a noisy go-kart track right next to the hotel. We approached the reception, but were told the hotel was fully booked and there was no option to move us to quieter rooms. This doesn’t seem to match the actual occupancy for this time of year. The level of service was disappointing, and complaints were not handled properly. Think twice before booking this hotel if this is the standard of hospitality.

We were there as a family at the beginning of April and had fantastic weather. We spent a lot of time by the pools, which were all clean and well-maintained. The rooms and the facilities were more than comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A special thanks to George and his wife Diana for their hospitality and for making us feel welcome at all times. It made every meal something to look forward to. The evening entertainment was always varied and worth seeing. We will definitely be coming back!

We had the best time at star beach. Two families 4 adults and 6 children under 12. We spent most of our days at the pirate ship and beach. Even the babies loved the slides by the end they were flying down them alone with their floats on. The water was cold but it was so warm you soon got used to it. There was plenty of choice for food throughout the day. The entertainment is ok but there was always something on. It’s in the middle of the bar so not always easy to see but if you get there early enough you can get a good seat. We used to make our own entertainment whilst the kids run round. We loved it so much we’re going back in 2025. We’re exciting to see the new slides. There are loads of shops and bars outside the complex and an arcade which the kids loved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend star beach to family and friends =) xx

Thank you for the pleasant time we spent in your hotel and water park. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants, there was large of variety of food. Very welcoming staff. Thank you to the receptionist for giving us an amazing room with a sea view, where we can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony without leaving the room. The restaurant manager Antonios was very helpful with the bookings for dinners in the Taverna and Asian restaurant. Sadly the water park wasn't complete by our arrival but there were enough slides and pools there. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach, if you're an early bird. The town centre was quite close to the hotel which is good if you are looking to do some shopping. Our overall experience with Star Beach Village and Water Park was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.
