"I am a big believer in you get what you pay for. If I could give stars for staff then Angela who runs the bar/cafe would get five 🌟 she is such a credit to the place and a lovely lady. She was so friendly and easy to talk to and her dinks/food was spot on! The bar area was exceptional clean also. Maria was also nice and helpful. The apartment we had was very spacious and adequately clean, ground floor so spacious terrace too. The bathroom was a big let down and needs a thorough make over as does the kitchenette area! With a little love and tlc these apartments could be so much better. The pool area was ok although the pools were very cold. The location is superb. Just to the right of the the apartments is the Street Bar and I would highly recommend this place. The food everywhere was delicious. If it’s beauty and luxury you want then please avoid booking but if you can close your eyes to a few things and want somewhere cheap to stay then this is the place. All in all we had a good weeks holiday and will definitely return to Malia (but will choose a different hotel/apartment to stay in.). We could list things that need immediate improvement but are not going to, like I said it was a cheap break, and you get what you pay for!"

"Such a fabulous hotel for couples in Crete. The staff let us know it was at 95% occupancy but you would never know. It didn’t feel overly busy. The sun loungers are nicely spaced apart and so comfy unlike other hotels. The restaurants on offer are really nice too. It’s all in the same area but set up slightly different will à la carte menus. We stayed for a week so ventured down to the town for a meal or two which broke it up nicely. The hotel was exceptionally clean as well with staff constantly cleaning around the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and fresh too. Lots on offer. Staff were so helpful and friendly made it a really special stay"

"Room was very nice. The site is well maintained. Good selection of food but close to many restaurants for eating out, above all the staff make it a great leisurely holiday NO KIDS during my stay. What’s not to like. Clean pool and good prices."
