Pilot's Villas Luxury Suites

Had a fantastic stay here in September 2024, I went on a solo trip and found that it was the perfect location and I cannot recommend it enough (I have been to this village many times before, but this is my first time staying at this resort, and I will absolutely be returning). I had a one bed apartment with balcony and sea view and the room was spacious, extremely clean, the view of the sea was stunning and the entire resort was perfect. This is a family owned resort and they truly are the loveliest people ever, so kind, great conversation and can't do enough for you. I was very impressed with the pool area, the pool itself is a great size, really clean and a good set of rules for ensuring everyone has a pleasant stay. In terms of rules, a stand out for me is the non reservation of sun beds first thing, and if you are leaving the area for a longer timeframe, that you take your items with you - it made for a stress free holiday, no getting up early to put towels down and it also meant that there was always availability around the pool no matter what time of day you went to the area. There is a bar around the pool where you can get drinks, food is available during the day and you have a lovely view from the pool area. There is also seating available which I thought was a nice touch for anyone wanting to relax but not necessarily sunbathe. I found that this is definitely a place people return to, which was evident amongst the guests and I found that made a really nice atmosphere and bought some lovely conversations which made me feel very welcome both from the owners and other guests perspectives, especially as I was solo during this trip! Well what can I say about this most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are just amazing spotless and cleaned every day and the bed is just wow. The gardens are beautiful and so quiet and the pool is the clenist pool I have ever seen katarina and yorgius are absolutely amazing and so welcoming they make you feel like family. We will definitely be going back to this truly wonderful hotel

I have just returned this weekend from yet another fantastic stay here. I guess it’s around my 14th / 15th trip here. Absolute luxury, many guests are returning year after year. It’s run by a fantastic family. Nothing is too much trouble. Highlights are the rooms, the peace and quiet, and fantastic hosts, especially Yiorgios. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Koutoulafari is beautiful village and has many bars and restaurants to eat at. Once you arrive, you will be already planning another visit.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Pilots Villas and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We stayed in a penthouse suite which was absolutely immaculate and cleaned daily. It was spacious and had the comfiest bed I’ve ever had on holiday. Our balcony had a perfect view overlooking the pool and fantastic views over Hersonissos. The family who run the hotel look after your every need, especially Katerina, we ate at the pool bar several times and she always came out with a something extra, the Pilots breakfast was a banquet and kept us going all day, it was delicious, as was all her food. It was lovely to see a family work so hard to please everyone and easy to see why so many people come back year after year. We had a fantastic holiday here and will definitely return.

We'd travelled to Koutoulafari last year and stayed at a different property.. but noticed Pilots Villas whilst walking through the village and looked nice so decided to give it a go this year... and so glad we did!! It's a small, 21 room, family run resort.. we were greeted on arrival like old friends by all the family and made to feel really welcome. We booked a Seaview penthouse suite, nice downstairs living space, inc small kitchen and living room, which had a decent sized Seaview, sunny aspect balcony, with a split level mezziane with bedroom upstairs. This also had a small balcony again with Seaview.. The bed was huge and one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The room, as is the whole resort is absolutely spotlessly clean... and the gardens within the resort are well looked after. There's a large pool terrace area, with a bar and they also offer breakfast and lunch... didn't make it for breakfast but had a couple of lunches which we're great... They take great care of the pool.. they request guests to showering before entering and was one of, if not the cleanest pools I've ever experienced! The location is perfect, right on the heart of the village, with multiple restaurants, supermarkets and local shops right on your doorstep, however as the resort is elevated and the rooms set back there's no noise issues what so ever. I'd say it's much more suited to couples rather than the family market, though they do cater for families. We really enjoyed our stay, so much so we are already planning on rebooking for next year... give it a go, you definately will not be disappointed :-)

Situated in the picturesque and pleasantly quiet Village of Koutouloufari, Pilots Villas Luxury Suites are quite simply the best accommodation you could wish to stay in. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, a cleverly designed small and intimate complex with fantastic views over the sea at nearby Hersonnissos. The rooms are finished to a very high standard and furnished with everything you will need for a quiet break. The pool, bar & surrounding terrace area are spacious and uncluttered, with incredible views. Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Run by Yiorgos and his family, for whom, nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be returning next year.
