Casa Blu Boutique Hotel "by Checkin" Adults Only

Just returned from the most amazing week. I genuinely cant recommend this hotel enough. All the staff are so nice and cant do enough for you. The hotel is spotless and rooms are cleaned to a high standard. I would say if you are not strong on you feet there are a lot of steps to negotiate. Once you are out the hotel there is a small hill that you may find a bit of a challenge as well. You are surrounded by plenty of bars and taverns. Taxis are available to take you further afield. Although some guests are up early we didn't have an issue getting sun beds. If you love the real Greece this is perfect. Thanks again to all the fabulous staff. I will definitely be heading back next year. If I had to find one complaint it would be the holiday had to come to an end :(

What a fabulous holiday, I return here as stayed last year. Staff always make you feel totally welcome. Due to being ill , nothing to do with the food, I spent a few days in hospital and the owner Demeitris phoned me 3 times and sent an email to see if I needed anything, he even spoke to the doctors for me. I couldn't ask for a better host. The staff are incredible and work long hours to ensure we all had a fantastic time and they make you feel like you're so special. A member of our party had a birthday and we were allowed to decorate a small area of the bar. We asked Giorgio to sort a cake for us and then refused to take any money for it. Wish it didn't have to end. The bed is super comfortable, and room cleaned perfectly. The cleaning staff do an incredible job. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you to all at Casa Blu

Good afternoon I am currently writing this review from my sin lounger at the casa blu and well what can I say the place is amazing from arriving till right now the staff are fantastic. Always polite and kind and very helpful. This adults only place is perfect to sit back and relax breakfast is spot on. But eating out is very affordable so dont worry. I read in a previous review that the pool area music was too loud this quite frankly is not true!. Low music a nice background noise. The views are epic when you get here sit back relax. We have a sea view room and its the business. Beds are super kings and very comfy my wife and I are indeed bed snobs and we approve this hotel is amazing not much night activity but you have to go to the villages that are 5 mins walk for any entertainment. Thank you

The welcome we received in the late hours was wonderful. We entered our room to what I can only describe as beautiful. The room was large and very modern. Next day the breakfast was excellent. As for the staff very friendly and very helpful nothing was too much to ask. Definitely go there again.

We spent 4 nights at Casa Blu for our 1st trip to Crete, this hotel is fantastic. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are modern and well equipped with perhaps the most powerful shower we have ever enjoyed. The hotel staff are really friendly and attentive and everyone we met was focused only on making our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the benefit of a room with a private pool and sun deck, something we have never experienced before and it was great. The hotel offers a wide selection at breakfast which is enjoyed by the two main pools and bar area. The choice was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruit, breakfast cereals and cooked items to meet everyone's needs. There is a restaurant menu serving lovely food and snacks from noon until 4pm and the bar is open until midnight. Piskopiano is a lovely village with a great selection of Tavernas and bars with delicious and great value food for evening meals. I really can't fault this hotel that more than deserves it's 5 star review rating. We would highly recommend giving it a try and we will be back again for sure. I have returned happy from our short trip in Crete, and I am happy I chose to stay at Casa Blu. Generally I was impressed by how genuinely friendly the whole staff was, I would especially like to mention the chef and the rest of the staff at breakfast, but also the manager, Dimitris. and particularly the manager, Dimitris. We arrived quite early in the morning after a delayed/rebooked flight. On the way to the hotel I was privately wondering if we might be able to have breakfast before going through the check-in process. I didn't even have to suggest this, suggested exactly that upon our arrival. The room itself - we booked a suite with private pool - was stunning. Not the cheapest room out there, but worth every penny. I would definitely recommend a trip to crete, and staying at Casa Blu.
