Een prachtig hotel met alle mogelijke luxe zoals een verwarmd zwembad, saunas, sporthal, gym, tennis enz enz. Prachtige hotelkamers met uitzicht op de tuin. Ontbijt buffet is erg goed. Alles aanwezig wat wenselijk is. Je kan er mooi fietsen of wandelen. Bos is dichtbij. Landelijk gelegen. Elektrische fietsen kunnen er opgeladen worden. Ruime parking.

Waren mit kompletter Tennismannschaft dort. Etwa 10 Tage vorher teilte man uns mit, dass die Tennisanlage nicht genutzt werden könne, Heizung und Beleuchtung kaputt. Die Kosten für eine andere Tennishalle sollten wir komplett übernehmen. Auch sonst keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Kein Preisnachlass, keine Entschuldigung, nicht mal ein Getränk auf Kosten des Hauses. Suppe war kalt, Teller heiß. Auch der Hauptgang war lauwarm. In eine. Zimmer sehr verdreckte Handtücher. Einem 4-Sternehotel nicht würdig. Das Management zeigte keinerlei Reaktion, wobei sie informiert war. Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert!

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 16 Personen dieses Hotel für ein Wochenende gebucht. Die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten von Tennis über Bowling bis hin zu Wellness waren vielversprechend. Im Vorfeld erfuhren wir, dass uns weder die Tennishalle noch die Eventhalle zur Verfügung stehen würde. Wir hätten zwar kostenlos stornieren können, aber es wäre unmöglich gewesen, so kurzfristig eine andere Location zu bekommen oder mit 16 Personen einen neuen Termin zu finden. So sind wir angereist in der Hoffnung, dass man uns evtl. preislich oder mit einem Gratisgetränk entgegen kommen würde. Wir haben den Wellnessbereich nutzen können. Hier waren nur 2 von 3 Saunen aktiv und das Wasser im Schwimmbad empfindlich kalt. Auf das Abendessen, das wir schon bei unserer Anreise bestellen mussten, haben wir dennoch 1,5 Stunden gewartet. Die Portionen waren übersichtlich, teilweise zu kalt, aber lecker. Das Beste des Wochenendes waren das Frühstücksbuffet und das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal des Restaurants. Dennoch kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ein ganz besonderes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Service ausgezeichnet. Stil und Ambiente ausgezeichnet. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wellness ausgezeichnet. Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
