公寓就在古老水鄉旁邊，停車方便，吃飯需要開車出去10分鐘左右到，周圍環境沒什麼人流，非常安靜，房間大，乾淨整潔，滿意的

安靜，乾淨。唯一有點小缺陷是床腳不平，每次上床都發出聲響。陽台如果有晾衣的設施更完美。不過有洗衣機已經非常方便了。來的話自帶晾衣繩就最好了。

房間很衞生，床品有淡淡的消毒水味道。兩房一廳，家庭出遊非常舒適，19樓，南北通透、視野極好，南北都能看到寬闊的西江。位置好，就在景區，可以看得見樓下的景區街道。

好久沒有住過這麼舒適的別墅了，河畔露台對面就是華僑城景區，私家泳池玩得特別過癮，屋內配置都很新，主人房還有個大書房，有點高大上哈，不錯！

挺乾淨衞生，現代風格的房屋設計，房間寬敞，設施配套齊全，有陽台洗衣機電磁爐冰箱等，前台服務熱情，洗手間感覺出水不夠大，洗澡水洗漱盆的水比較小，還有就是陽台的門不是拉的，而是推的，導致門必須開得很大，夜晚睡覺門關了就不通風，而打開又蚊蟲特別多。總體還不錯，性價比不錯
