"The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. It's stylish and grand, and the lobby is absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The pool was also great, with a pleasant and clean water temperature. Our room had a fantastic view, and the air was wonderfully fresh. The bedding was comfortable, and there's a large outdoor garden which was a hit with the kids. Overall, it's perfect for a relaxing and comfortable retreat. Thumbs up! 👍"

"Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again."

"We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Facilities: Considered good for a hotel in Heshan. It has a refrigerator, and I think there's even a safe? Cleanliness: Clean. However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible. Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like. This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻 If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good."
