The second time I visited, the experience was average. First, I was transferred to a room type (upgraded), but instead of being able to watch movies on the screen, I was told that the room type I asked for was only available in one room (we booked two). The hotel facilities are clean and the swimming pool is pretty good for a hotel at this price. The only bad thing is that the air conditioning in the hotel room is not powerful. Even though it has been adjusted to the coldest temperature of 16 degrees, it is only blowing cool breeze. The children were sweating in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, and the guy at the front desk handled it promptly and gave me a solution right away.

1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town. 2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available. 3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles. 4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels.

Although the location is far away from the city center, the room is large and new, the service attitude is very good, and the breakfast is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come back to visit relatives.

Overall it's good, relatively new, but the soundproofing really needs to be improved. It's too noisy with children next to it.
