Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign.
Room is new and minimalistic.
Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient.
Reception was helpful at all times.
Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.

When I came to Jiangmen Heshan for the first time, I chose the newly opened All Seasons here, and the experience was close to perfect. The hotel is more than 900 meters away from the Xinhua City business district and the location is okay. The hotel style should be the latest version of all-season design. The landscaping design outside the gate has a dry landscape style, which is simple and elegant. There are parking lots at the entrance and behind the hotel. Special mention of the parking lot at the back. It looks like the old factory building has been renovated. The ground is paved with epoxy floor paint that is only used in high-end underground parking lots? Get off the bus and connect seamlessly to the hotel lobby, which is very friendly to self-driving users. The room is spacious, reasonably laid out, well-equipped with accessories, soundproofed, and hygienic (it feels quite comfortable after a night's sleep). When checking in, the front desk gave me a room upgrade and a late checkout at 2 pm, which was a good review. I originally wanted to have the all-season breakfast (I have had it before with a variety of choices and good taste), but since it was my first time in Heshan, I decided to go out and try the local specialties. I stayed in a deluxe double room. Although it was at the end of the floor and close to the road, the design and comfort of the room were not affected. It felt quiet and comfortable. Booked for my child to take an exam in Heshan. The room is very clean and the transportation is convenient. There are enough parking spaces and there are shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient to go to eat. Before leaving, we also let the children experience using the self-service machine to hand in their cards and check out the room.

先說優點：酒店設施新，房間舒適，冷氣熱水也足夠。地理位置方便，步行便到附近商場，亦有餐廳食肆，停車位置足夠，泊車也方便。
不足之處：我們訂了三間高級大床房，入住時希望同層，但被告知每一層只有一間高级大床房，需要購買他們的會籍，去辦理升級房間同層，這個有點無奈。
而且辦理入住過程中，前台處理了15至20分鐘，家人們都等到不耐煩。
在退房的一天，我們11：30準備回房間退房，但有一間房間的門卡不能進入，到前台問職員，前台告知可能已到了12：00退房時間，我們說現在是11：30，才幫我們刷一下卡，我們回到房間後，再次發現門卡不能用，又要再問前台，最後要更換一張卡，才能進房門，擾攘了有十分鐘。
整體感覺：酒店硬件設施是很滿意的，但職員應對方面，雖然有禮貌，但整體操作好像不太熟悉，確實耽誤了不少時間。
