訂了兩間豪華雙床房，真的是給了我們“很豪華”的體驗！
第一朋友昨晚上經歷：凌晨一點左右從夢中嚇醒，聽到門口刷房卡的聲音，一開始以為是對面房，仔細聽是刷我房間，刷卡後開了一條門縫（好在有門栓），緊接着就是大力敲門聲，按門鈴聲，喊服務員來一起幫忙開門、打門！把兩個小朋友嚇醒，我立馬打電話到前台瞭解情況，前台反問我入住登記人姓名？入住時間？辦了入住問我這些問題，大半夜開什麼玩笑？接着前台回覆是我同行的另一間房的朋友要求換房，我的朋友報錯了房號，導致以為是我這間沒人住。即使是換房，不用重新整理房間再給下一個客人住的？可見衞生環境有多差！可關鍵是我朋友並沒有換房，為什麼會把責任推在朋友的身上？可見安全性極低。這下好了，全家被吵醒後不敢睡了，出了問題。
第二：發現情況竟然圓謊説交接不清，以為我們有一間換房所以……以為的事當直，自覺自己沒錯！
第三：前台態度冷漠，推搪……發生問題前台和經理都不積極道歉和解決問題：都説是新請的員工培訓不足！
一個連鎖酒店是這樣的服務理念：
一、出現錯誤不是第一時間道歉，而且謊話連篇的自圓其説。
二、謊言戳穿後竟是推給“新”員工，培訓不到位，難道你們的不到位要客户承擔。
三、對於賠償的兩套洗浴套裝不接受，一味的各説各謊實在沒有信心再入住你們的酒店。
加強對員工的培訓吧！
事做錯了不要緊，但要勇於面對及解決承擔！
