Around 0 o'clock, Xiao Li, the young man on duty at night, quickly helped to communicate the noise at the KTV downstairs. Later, he helped change the room to a higher floor and gave me fruits.
But when I came back the next day, the girl at the front desk, Xiaoying, didn’t have a room on a high floor, and she said that the KTV stopped singing at 2 o’clock. Who is going to move bricks early in the morning on a business trip and have to wait until 2 o’clock to go to bed?
The most ridiculous thing is that a male customer came from behind. He could be upgraded and moved to a high floor. Fruits would be delivered to the room later.
It feels particularly bad to be treated differently. This was the second time I was so angry at the front desk of this hotel that I left and changed hotels.
