"The hotel's dinosaur theme was a huge hit with my kids. From the lobby to our room, everything was filled with dinosaur elements, and the attention to detail was really impressive. This is a resort where you can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun, making it perfect for family activities. They have a water park, hot springs, a dinosaur park, horseback riding, archery, go-karts, and kayaking, among other facilities. Unfortunately, my child got sick, so we couldn't experience many of the activities, but we're looking forward to coming back next time. The 'little housekeeper' (personal butler/concierge) provided excellent service. They contacted me a day before our arrival to coordinate everything, and the arrangements for our check-in were very thorough and thoughtful. All the staff members, from top to bottom, are clearly very well-trained. Everyone we encountered was polite and proactively greeted guests (it's truly rare to see this consistently from every single staff member, so the hotel really deserves praise for their efforts in service). Finally, a small suggestion for the hotel: perhaps because it's close to the mountains, the humidity was very high, and the quilts and pillows in the room had a musty smell. The hotel promptly helped us address it, but it might be an area where they need to find a long-term solution."

"It was okay. The shuttle bus was really hard to catch, and sometimes they even refused to pick people up! The rooms were pretty standard. It's a shame laundry costs extra! It's located inside the scenic area, and the included package deal was decent. The dinner buffet costs extra. The security staff were quite enthusiastic! We missed the巡演 (tour/performance) because there wasn't enough time. The hotel environment was also quite alright!"

"I was amazed from the moment I walked in! While checking in, they also told us about fun things to do nearby. The concierge service was excellent, making our travels so smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, which was a huge relief when staying with kids. The room was spacious enough and had great childproofing. The hotel has a kids' play area, so the children had a blast while the parents could relax. "My impression of the Sheraton brand has always been excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, and facilities, but this time, a cleanliness issue left me a bit disappointed. Pros: Dining: The breakfast offers a wide variety and the quality has always been consistently good. Cons: Cleanliness: After checking in, I could tell the room had just been cleaned, but the countertops weren't wiped properly. I had already asked staff to take care of it on the spot. However, there were still hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk at 6:57 PM to request someone clean it, but upon returning to the room at 7:55 PM, I found the issue still hadn't been addressed. Noise: The air conditioner in the room was very loud, even on the lowest fan speed. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously."

"It was originally a business trip, but booking this hotel changed the purpose of going to Heyuan and turned it into a tourist leisure vacation. Qianhai's service is very good and helpful. Every guest feels at home and there is no pressure at all. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Facilities in the Midnight Diner and Guohai Restaurant are of high standard. It is worth mentioning that all the staff are very friendly, especially the front desk. A happy journey. "

"Yesterday, I took my child to check into the Mercure Sky Hot Spring Hotel in Heyuan City, and we had a very good experience. The hotel environment was quite quiet, and the hot spring on the second floor was especially comfortable, particularly warm in winter. There's also a sauna, which frees up your hands, and a pink sand beach for kids. There's also a ball pit. Overall, I felt it was good value for money.
