It's located inside the scenic area, and the included package deal was decent. The dinner buffet costs extra. The security staff were quite enthusiastic! We missed the巡演 (tour/performance) because there wasn't enough time. The hotel environment was also quite alright!"

"The room was large, with a great view, and was reasonably clean. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend booking this for anyone visiting Heyuan. It's a 100-meter walk to the Guifeng Pagoda and the museum, and a 10- to 20-minute drive to the station and other attractions. On the second floor of the hotel is the Jinshawan Restaurant, which serves delicious food at affordable prices. The front desk service was excellent, and the stay was a wonderful experience."

"My impression of the Sheraton brand has always been excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, and facilities, but this time, a cleanliness issue left me a bit disappointed. Pros: Dining: The breakfast offers a wide variety and the quality has always been consistently good. Cons: Cleanliness: After checking in, I could tell the room had just been cleaned, but the countertops weren't wiped properly. I had already asked staff to take care of it on the spot. However, there were still hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk at 6:57 PM to request someone clean it, but upon returning to the room at 7:55 PM, I found the issue still hadn't been addressed. Noise: The air conditioner in the room was very loud, even on the lowest fan speed. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously."

The price-performance ratio is exceptionally good, and even the parking attendant was excellent. As someone in the industry, I have nothing to complain about (given the age of the hotel and the wear and tear, these are normal). If I had to offer a friendly suggestion, it would be to improve the hotel's service (but I'm also a little hesitant; given the current situation, it's unfair to expect frontline staff to have service standards from 20 years ago).
