一次遠超預期的完美入住體驗，強烈推薦！這次入住真的給了我大大的驚喜！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的關懷。環境與服務：酒店的設計很有格調，大堂香氛很好聞，整個環境一塵不染。前台工作人員辦理入住高效迅速，笑容親切，讓人瞬間卸下旅途的疲憊。禮賓小姐姐主動幫忙拿行李並送至房間，非常貼心。房間體驗：我們預訂的房間比想象中更寬敞明亮。視野極佳，床品必須重點表揚！床墊軟硬適中，輕盈保暖，讓我這個認床的人居然一覺睡到天亮。浴室乾濕分離，水壓充足，熱水來得很快，提供的洗浴用品品質也很不錯，香氣高級。細節與設施：房間內配備的馬桶、吹風機，非常方便。免費的Wi-Fi信號很強，刷視頻、開視頻會議都毫無壓力。地理位置：酒店地理位置優越，周邊很安靜，吃喝玩樂都非常便利。

國慶假期過來河源玩，聽朋友介紹選擇了這家店，確實很不錯！新裝修的，簡簡單單，很清爽無異味！前台的每一位服務員熱心禮貌，有求必應，下雨天還跑出來給我們撐傘進去☔️。到店還送了國慶小禮物💝！小朋友特別開心！感謝前台服務員！！房間舒適安靜，衞生也是相當到位，一次性床單被套都沒用上，很放心！晚上我們有什麼需求打到前台，也是積極響應，很快就送上來了。停車場就在門口，很方便，既使國慶車多人多，酒店安排還是很到位，晚上晚回來了還專門帶我們去空閑的停車位，好熱情！有回家的感覺!!酒店位置佳離萬綠湖很近，20分鐘左右到達。旁邊有很多好吃的客家菜餐廳，晚上逛吃逛喝逛玩，離恐龍博物館很近，孩子們很是喜歡，還會再來！

説實話是看到圖片才定的這家酒店，但是入住才發現真的是百分百照騙啊，大家可以對比一下，跟手機上的照片完全沒關係，看起來真的像賓館，床特別硬睡的很不舒服，洗澡熱水忽冷忽熱的，設施都很老舊，總體體驗非常差！

酒店的位置很好。出行方便，周邊繁華。吃喝玩樂的地方也很多，很近。打車，步行都可以到。加上本身的性價比的確可以。酒店門口就是江邊風景，飯後散步很不錯，高空俯瞰感覺風景也不錯。房間的空間寬闊，硬件設施軟件設施齊全，總之很不錯！有需要的可以來體驗一下，真的很好

前幾天出去旅遊，可算是讓我找到了一家超棒的酒店！必須推薦一下，當時在網上挑酒店的時候，我眼睛都快挑花了，各種比最後才選定了這家。先説這酒店的位置，我就感覺特方便。周圍交通那叫一個便利，開車門口就能停車，不想開車打車也很快，想去哪兒都輕鬆得很。不管是去熱門景點打卡，還是尋覓當地美食，都能快速到達。而且酒店附近就有好幾條步行街，晚上沒事的時候去逛逛，熱鬧得很，買東西、吃東西都超方便。走進酒店，第一感覺就是整潔、敞亮。前台工作人員態度特別好，熱情又周到，辦理入住的速度也快，沒讓我多等一分鐘。到了房間，我真的太滿意了！房間乾淨，一進去就能聞到一股淡淡的香味，床鋪整理得整整齊齊，感覺就像在家裡一樣舒服。馬桶、洗手枱都乾乾淨淨，沒有一點水漬和污垢，洗浴用品擺放得整整齊齊。房間的設施也很齊全，電視、空調、吹風機這些該有的一樣不少，而且都很好用。電視畫面清晰，晚上沒事的時候往床上一躺，看看電視，簡直不要太愜意。温度調節得恰到好處，睡覺的時候特別舒服。這家酒店的性價比真的超高。房間乾淨整潔，位置又好，住着舒服又方便。值得推薦👍👍👍

暑期帶孩子出來玩，找酒店就要找，房間便宜，實惠，性價比高的。這家酒店就讓我住的很滿意，有免費停車，離高鐵站又近，離那裡都近，前台小姐姐還給我免費升級房型，看我們帶孩子，給孩子送了飲料，糖果。是我們來河源體驗最舒服一家酒店了，客房寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，環境安靜，採光好，配有茶具和沙發，住客表示睡得很好，整體十分舒適。 2.設施設備酒店設施齊全，網絡超快，還有洗衣機，房間配有沙發和餐桌， 3.服務酒店前台服務非常貼心，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，解決問題及時，滿足客人需求，讓客人感到温馨舒適。 4.位置酒店位置優越，很好找的到。出行也很方便。推薦👍👍👍

超讚的酒店，酒店无論在硬件设施及員工服务態度上都是特别好的，当我車到酒店門前，前台立刻幫忙拿我兩個又重又大的行李箱。前台兩位女士親切笑容轻聲細语為我讲解入住安排，让人如沐春风！房間很大，床褥軟硬适中，床品也很舒服，由于我对衛生要求特别高，通常我入住后都会用自带的一次性浴巾親自清洁房間一遍，抹台及抹地后的一次性浴巾仍然是白色的，可見酒店的衛生做得非常好，值得讚賞👍，希望酒店继续保持住這個衛生高質素标准呀。旁边餐厅环境舒适，早餐样式豐富多样😊，最后再值一提是酒店員工的服务態度超讚，每次見到面都会打招呼，尤其当我離开酒店时，縱使是下着雨，他們仍然親自幫忙拿行李送我上車，真心多谢酒店各位員工們及酒店给我一個賓至如歸的住宿体验，除了万绿湖美景，河源美食外，酒店的服务就是第三個讓我留下美好印象及回憶，若再来河源时必定再入住這間酒店並强力推荐给我的好朋友們！
