酒店雖硬件比較舊，但服務響應還是非常不錯的，前台小謝服務很貼心，看到有小朋友，在她權限範圍內升級了温泉合院房，一張大床一張小床，特別適合帶大一點的孩子一起住，房間內就有温泉可以泡，合院離温泉區近，但離酒店大堂有一定距離，要經過一個風情街，走走逛逛5分鐘吧，但是酒店也幫忙叫擺渡車2分鐘，期間娃就喜歡坐擺渡車。
整個巴伐利亞莊園適合休閑玩一玩，樂園很一般，可能小一點的小孩該有的玩。景點也不多，沒什麼特別的。
平常去的話建議一大家子，或者幾家人一起，住合院或者別墅休閑下還是不錯的，人少住合院那邊有點空盪盪的，哈哈

一進去就收到冰冰的水果盤
很貼心不過
木屋別墅房真的好遠
就算找前台要車
還是叫外賣要他們送進來
每次都要等好久才有回應🥲
最後買是放棄了自己慢慢走
園區還可以 有吃有喝的
可惜有些娛樂設施比較殘舊
溫泉很讚

酒店位置卓越，停車方便，門口就有停車場，停車前台掃碼免費，一樓有餐廳，客家口味，性價比不錯，走路去黑森林樂園和温泉幾分鐘，坐電梯到頂樓可以直達福源寺。前台服務態度很好，遇到問題能及時幫忙解決，遺留了東西還幫忙聯繫寄回，適合家庭親子游，我們第一天下午玩了黑森林，晚上泡温泉，第二天早上去了寺廟參觀，寺廟對面就是花千谷。很多小朋友玩項目，娃都不想回家。遛娃好去處[耶]

房間在三樓，地方很大，有獨立陽台，風景不錯。有獨立泡池，避免了和別人一起泡餃子交叉感染的風險。最大的缺點是清明節假期自助早餐完全靠搶，酒店的應急管理不夠好。另外窗外就是國醫館，晚上十點半後還有音樂和人聲，沒法早睡。

最近入住了澳斯特菩提酒店，必須給全五星好評！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就感受到賓至如歸的温暖。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住高效專業，還貼心地為我們升級了房型，並詳細介紹了酒店設施。早餐種類豐富，現煮的麪檔和腸粉尤其驚艷！很有客家特色。最感動的是退房時發現遺落物品，主動聯繫並幫忙寄回，這種貼心服務實屬難得。
