Great experience! Clean and spacious room. Less than 5 min (by car) from JJ Mall. Breakfast is well served. Definitely worth staying there.

The room was great, and with the upgraded high floor dining, the view was amazing.
The front desk was very enthusiastic in introducing the hotel facilities and recommending surrounding attractions and restaurants.
The food in the restaurant is really good.

I have always stayed at Hilton Hampton, but this is my first time here. The overall hardware style is the same. The difference is the service. The front desk service is average, not as considerate as other Hilton front desks. I stayed with my mother-in-law and two kids, but they didn't consider that we needed more slippers and toiletries, and we also bought two half-price children's tickets for breakfast. There was no small gift when I left, so the service is three stars.
