酒店很偏僻，很偏僻，周圍的村莊裡沒啥吃的，還沒開發！酒店環境很不錯！價格也合適！不喜歡人多的，這個酒店很合適！一天三餐的自助餐也不錯，游泳泡温泉還有小吃！孩子玩的很開心！感覺因為今年新開，房間還有點味道！希望多點通風！

環境：在酒店周邊環境是村落，種了水稻和玉米，環境就是鄉下農村，在酒店裡麪整潔乾淨，一處世外桃源景象，度假好去處
服務：酒店前台小姑娘比較直爽，温柔婉轉點會加分很多。酒店整體服務還是很讚的，房間門口夜燈影響休息反饋後馬上調整了，缺東西微信聯繫很快送到，服務人員都很客氣友好，好印象加分
交通：去往酒店沿途路面太破爛了，費輪胎，水泥路面坑坑窪窪過不了多久會更難走
設施：新酒店整體設施還是新新的，多以木質結構為主，空調特別給力，夏天去在房間冰凍舒爽，孩子們喜歡給力的空調力
酒店提供一日三餐，温泉服務區飲料冰淇淋是孩子們的最愛，附近是沒有機會點外賣，也沒有什麼好的餐飲，酒店的一日三餐就顯得特別必要了。
酒店1.2米孩子免費，1.2以上的孩子均需每天付款192元全包價，帶兩個孩子就是384元/日，驢友們要特別注意了哦

大山⛰️深處的天然氧吧，按導航定位走，非常適合度假⛱️體驗感不錯，分享一下：1.門衞阿弟很有禮貌，指引停車；2前台幾位阿妹長得好看、説話還很有親和力，你提出需求，他們會協助解決，辦理入住很快，詳細告知入住事項，很貼心，一票通玩，很方便，房卡做成了手環，泡温泉很方便保管；3.房間裏有歡迎水果、牛奶，浴袍很乾凈，小童房有滑滑梯🛝，小孩很喜歡，另外還訂了一個獨立泡池的房間給爸媽，不用下樓就可以泡上玫瑰花瓣温泉，很方便。每個房間都有體重秤，泡完回來稱一稱是不是會掉秤哈哈😄4.泡温泉是户外的，提醒要提前準備一下泳衣，每個池都有半封閉式的遮擋裝飾設計，每個池都不大，不會一堆人進去，注重私密性。特別推薦瑤葯池，自己一個池，倒入一大鍋中葯材煮的水，泡完下一個人即刻換水，有專人在負責，貼心諮詢水温，幫助你記錄泡池時間（20分鐘）倒上温水提醒及時補水；5.小孩最喜歡的是游泳池，大池可以暢遊，有大大游泳圈🛟和透明小船，喜歡拍照📷的會很出圈。小童池是恆温泳池，有小童水上滑梯、海洋球、蹺蹺板等娛樂設施，玩的完全不肯上水。還有水果和冰淇淋哦🍦。6餐飲方面，居然還有包早中晚三頓的酒店，品質還是不錯的，比很多酒店自助餐還是要好。7.娛樂設施也有桌球、乒乓球、麻將機等，三五好友一起去玩很適合。由於已經出來了幾天，要不然還想續住，已經推薦朋友，現在的新開的，性價比還是很高。

前台的招待服務很差！！！業務也不熟悉，每次迴應就是：em…我們這…em……也很冷漠。第一次遇到住酒店叫拿水還得叫我們自己下去拿。然後多收了一位大人的280費用，沒給洗漱用品還得催着要。位置也很遠！！！！！山卡拉的地方，也不好打車是重點，特別不能晚上來！裏面的清潔阿姨都比前台的服務意識強。😤

這麼大的酒店竟然洗衣機都沒有，等到快4點才能辦理入住！！！房間裏面設施也有問題，燈是壞的，淋浴間漏水出來，衞生也一般般！完全不值這個價錢！所謂的兩大兩小，兩小是指1.2米以下，1.2米以上要補192塊，一個小孩三頓192塊！！！！而且所謂的自助餐菜品很少，，，出品也不好，，早餐還不如一些連鎖酒店，普通的吐司，咖啡，牛奶都沒有。大人在那三頓也吃不了192塊！！大家慎選！！

我們四點到，接近五點才能拿到房間，但是感覺像趕出來的房間，最後感覺衞生還不是特別到位，但是其他方面還是很好的，服務人員很熱心，餐廳出品也還可以，裏面很多免費體驗，還是很好的，裝修很美

這個度假村要通過村裡的石墩，寬度超過1.9的車開進來的時候要小心……然後開車至少山路28彎吧，車技不好的新手不要嘗試，因為很多大貨車度假村裡沒有超市沒有外面賣可以叫，售貨機還不能用，買東西要開車去鎮上，鎮上的超市的方便麪有的是臨期的……還有8天到保質期的那種……#房間設施房間被子有點潮濕，開空調也不乾燥#性價比780兩大兩小，超過1.2的小童算大人，補交192元，1.2多的孩子真的能吃的和大人一樣多麼？#餐廳有大約15個菜，菜的味道還不錯，師傅做的很認真#服務温泉池很多水乾淨服務人員態度很好

週末親子游，這酒店除了離市區遠點哪哪都好。全家一致好評！
温泉池子是我去過的温泉酒店裡最多的，而且居然全都開放，乾淨人還特別少，還有特製葯浴，真的和私湯沒什麼區別！酒店在山腳下村子邊上，空氣清新環境優私，温泉區配有免費小吃水果雪糕不限量供應，工作人員禮貌熱情，這個價位且包的自助三餐非常划算，加上我們去的那個週末整個酒店住客不多就7.8個家庭，很棒！時間允許真的想再多住兩天。已經推薦給親戚朋友，還會再去的！
