One room for two nights and they said it was no problem. When I arrived at the store, it was said that there were two rooms for one night. I said that I had confirmed it in the morning, and the answer was that the shift was not handed over in the morning, so I didn't know. After all the fuss, I took the room card and asked for the direction of the elevator myself without giving any directions. 2. We went to the laundry room that night and promised to dry it at 10:30. When we carried it until 10:30 to pick up the clothes, no one cared about it and did not dry it. They said that there was no label on it. In fact, the label was on it well, but it was forgotten. . 3. I need to issue an invoice, but I have to go down and scan their QR code to open it after becoming a member. I said that every time I fill in the information on Ctrip, it can be opened. But I said that I have never done it before and I can’t do it. I said that I don’t want to be a member, so I just go to Ctrip.
