訂的30平米的精選大床房，給我帶到18平米的房間，忽悠人！我提出質疑後再把我帶到大房間。結果馬桶蓋是分家的，圖片上的椅子變成農村裡這樣的塑料凳。暈倒！整體體驗感很差！

一走到房間門口房門上還掛着請儘快清理的房間，一進去到處都是灰塵，後面換一間也是各種的問題，床上還有頭髮等。小孩想看電視，電視都放不了。我提了想換那一排其中一間的就不理，沒有之前的環境了，沒有下次了吧

設施：比較老舊，空調什麼的會框框響乾濕分離玻璃是少了一塊的
環境：離靈峯廣場很近，吃喝很方便，要去姑婆山一百多米就有個公交車站
服務：提出窗户是個天井並由玻璃對着很不好，提出換房説沒有房了，我去到就不是很喜歡，黏黏糊糊的被子，可能是因為沒有陽光吧，把被子稍微拉起來坐一下，就説要給20清潔費才能換。emmm，反正我在外面很晚才回去不得不睡了一覺，本來可以2點退房，一大早就退了

房間這房型算好了，有窗。就是窗户打開得開點力。
服務上該有的都有，取了個須刨也提供了，就是飲用水衹有2瓶，少了點。
設施上都有點舊了，但還行，湊合都能用。
交通很便利，3分鐘內有公交站。出門就是靈峯廣場，人氣很旺的。按這價格，還會再入住的。

設施：設備不算新，但是正常使用無礙。有些房間上下樓梯相對聲音比較大。
衞生：衞生正常，男生的容忍度比較高，沒有明顯的臟亂。
環境：周邊環境還行，窗户對着路邊，但是晚上不會吵。房間環境正常。
服務：有前台，有安保人員，服務可以的。
多次入住，相對性價比還是可以的。

要啥沒啥，陳舊不堪，漏水嚴重，到處發黴，沒有空調，這麼冷的天氣怎麼誰呀？浴室門沒了一扇，床頭沒有充電插座。門口小，不好找，沒有停車場，要停到國貿大夏或財富中心底下停車場，沒有指引，不適合第一次來住店的。樓層太低，衹有4樓一層，下面是商場夜市，吵鬧聲汽車喇叭聲，聲聲入耳，住着你就別想睡了。平時88元的價格升到400多，千萬別入坑。
