"Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer.
And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,.
He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it.
Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality.
The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees."

"A nice hotel with great staff especially in the restaurant. They are polite and helpful. Reception and concierge were also professional and helpful. Room house keeping is very good.
Overall a great stay thanks to great and friendly customer service.
Happy to visit again."
"This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had
100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped
and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm
takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again
i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,"
"The hotel was so close to the peace monumental and restaurant is amazing and WiFi so good and all was fine they help with the taxi to Hiroshima airport"
"I saw the latest hotel introduction in the casa magazine in the afternoon. The small hotel that opened in September is the most attractive is the green house restaurant rebuilt by the pool before 3/f. The GPS phone has not been located yet, but it is easy to find. The design is simple and industrial. The front desk clerk is very good at English, so you have to go across the next street to take pictures of the car. Be careful of making mistakes. Originally, the room we booked was originally only one with a sloping ceiling, but it was gone when we arrived. Maybe they placed the wrong photo in the order, and they changed to another room with a large window. The design is special, but I personally think that the proportion of furniture is a bit large, and the wooden furniture is all hard square corners. It is a bit dangerous for children. The windows of the room are not tightly sealed, and cold wind blows in all night, and because of the loft bed design, the air is adjusted to 27 degrees inside the air and feels very cold, because the warm air only blows to the upper bed and can’t come under, I hope the hotel can improve it. ."

"The price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet."

Amazing
TThomas84Cannot say too much negative as this hotel is in perfect distance for transfers to any direction doesn’t matter if using Shinkansen, bus or any JR.
But it’s the very first time in my life the hotel wanted to charge me around 8.000 Yen to get the room before 3 pm (official check in time). The room was completely ready and due to my Shinkansen arrival I have to wait around 3 hours. Absolutely no go from my perspective and awkward management for such a hotel in which you spend a lot of many and it’s called Sheraton.
AAnonymous UserVery affordable hotel that boasts clean and quiet rooms. The rooms were abit small but we knew that beforehand. As with many Japanese hotels, the amenities were top notch with great design thinking. We tried to use the laundry but it always full - there’s a waiting list and no reservation allowed. We went to a coin & wash shop 5 mins away for about the same price. Location wise it’s a 5min walk to the Main Street of streetcars so pretty convenient. 10mins walk to Hondori too.
GGuest UserI really liked staying here and will definitely stay again if I’m in Hiroshima!! The dorms are right next door to the check-in area and have a separate entrance. Staff was great. It felt very safe as there is a code to access the room. Bathroom areas were clean, slippers are provided, and the beds are very spacious. It was unclear to me if there were lockers- I didn’t ask because I wasn’t worried about it and there was an area in the room where we all just piled our luggage. There’s a convenience store right across the street, and it’s like a 3 minute walk to the train/bus station- really convenient!! I loved Hiroshima and definitely recommend you take the ferry to Miyajima as well.
AAnonymous UserEnjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Room was big and has the shower and toilet separated so one does not need to wait for another to finish showering before using the toilet.
Room was relatively quiet with mild traffic noises but ceased after around 11pm.
Bed was comfortable with soft and hard pillows.
Location was perfect as well with around a 5min walk to Hiroshima station.
I appreciated the room TV function where I could see the status of the 2 washing machines from the comfort of my room.
There is also bread, coffee and fruit juice available at the lobby every morning.
Staff were also friendly.
My only feedback is the lack of hooks in the shower to hang our clothes.
Overall a very pleasant stay here. Would choose to stay at this hotel again if I’m in Hiroshima.
TTatsuyaThis hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Hiroshima Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train or needing easy access to transportation. The proximity to the station saved us both time and money on local transport.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, and all common areas were well-maintained and hygienic. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.
What makes this hotel particularly appealing is its affordable pricing despite the prime location near the station. Usually, hotels so close to major transportation hubs come with premium prices, but this property offers excellent value for money without compromising on quality or convenience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima. The combination of strategic location, cleanliness, and reasonable rates makes it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to sacrifice convenience or comfort.
TTatsuyaThis hotel proved to be an excellent choice, primarily due to its prime location and thoughtful amenities. The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was a welcome touch that added to our comfort during the stay. What particularly impressed me was their efficient Express Checkout system. This convenient feature allows guests to simply leave their room cards and depart without the usual front desk procedures – a time-saving solution that I believe should become an industry standard. In our increasingly fast-paced world, such streamlined processes make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. This modern approach to hotel operations clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to guest convenience and satisfaction.
XXiaDongLocation is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot.
Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.
GGuest UserGood location. Very comfy bed. Nice setting that the sleeping area is inside with reasonably quiet, separated by the doors from the outside areas including toilets, showers, smoking, dining.
SshiningstatIt was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea.
Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast.
With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.
EEmmaThe room is small but adequate for two people. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. The hotel is 20-30 minutes from the Peace Memorial Park. Public transportation is nearby. Hiroshima Station is 30 minutes away. Self-check-in and check-out are available, although the reception is open 24 hours a day.
The average price for hotels in Hiroshima is AU$223 on weekdays, and AU$309 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
