Enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Room was big and has the shower and toilet separated so one does not need to wait for another to finish showering before using the toilet.
Room was relatively quiet with mild traffic noises but ceased after around 11pm.
Bed was comfortable with soft and hard pillows.
Location was perfect as well with around a 5min walk to Hiroshima station.
I appreciated the room TV function where I could see the status of the 2 washing machines from the comfort of my room.
There is also bread, coffee and fruit juice available at the lobby every morning.
Staff were also friendly.
My only feedback is the lack of hooks in the shower to hang our clothes.
Overall a very pleasant stay here. Would choose to stay at this hotel again if I’m in Hiroshima.
It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea.
Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast.
With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.
Walkable distance to hiroshima station, there's also a 7-11 around the corner, able to leave luggage at reception at L2 before check-in time. Room is relatively small but clean. Bed is super-single size.

The hotel is in a great location, starting on the 7th floor above the south exit of Hiroshima Train Station. The 6th floor houses a restaurant and food court. The ground floor is the train station and Shinkansen. Hiroshima tram stations are all located on B1, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is very new and clean. The entrance isn't obvious, but it's easy to find once you find the south exit on the 2nd floor of the train station. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, but there are cafes on B1 of the train station, making breakfast a breeze. Outside the hotel lobby is an observation deck with panoramic views of Hiroshima City. It's also a great place to enjoy a pleasant lunch while waiting for your check-in.
It is ten minutes away from Hiroshima Station. I stayed here for six nights, but I actually felt that there was no special service. But I have to give it a thumbs up. The bathrooms and rooms are kept very clean. The girls' dormitory includes a washroom, which is basic for other travelers. The event was also a bit noisy.
There are also a variety of gadgets in the living room, including game consoles. It also feels very comfortable.
This hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Hiroshima Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train or needing easy access to transportation. The proximity to the station saved us both time and money on local transport.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, and all common areas were well-maintained and hygienic. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.
What makes this hotel particularly appealing is its affordable pricing despite the prime location near the station. Usually, hotels so close to major transportation hubs come with premium prices, but this property offers excellent value for money without compromising on quality or convenience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima. The combination of strategic location, cleanliness, and reasonable rates makes it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to sacrifice convenience or comfort.
This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had
100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped
and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm
takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again
i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,
This is our second time staying in Via Inn brand hotel (Nagoya and this time Hiroshima).
The hot bath in Hiroshima is a white bubble bath, very comfortable and lovely. Would be better if there is a waiting and resting area at the lift lobby.
The breakfast served is in komeda cafe next door, which may not be enough for big breakfast eaters.
We slept well in the room, very spacious and quiet. Just a few minutes walk from Hiroshima Jr stations and bus stops.
We will definitely choose to stay in Via Inn again nin our next trips.
The location is good as it is within walking distance to Hiroshima Station and close to a convenience store.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped.
I wanted to work in the common space on the first floor after checking out, but unfortunately I couldn't because it was small and there was no power supply.
Regarding the equipment, I am dissatisfied with the inability to mirror from my cell phone.
Almost everyone at the hotel I stayed at recently was like this. If possible, is it because the instructions are incomplete?

Amazing
DDiaoliangmeizhibanFeel the Japanese accommodation experience with a small amount. The kitchen equipment pots and pans are all complete. The bathtub can automatically put water in the bathtub. The second-room compartment upstairs can get a good sleep quality.
GGuest UserI really liked staying here and will definitely stay again if I’m in Hiroshima!! The dorms are right next door to the check-in area and have a separate entrance. Staff was great. It felt very safe as there is a code to access the room. Bathroom areas were clean, slippers are provided, and the beds are very spacious. It was unclear to me if there were lockers- I didn’t ask because I wasn’t worried about it and there was an area in the room where we all just piled our luggage. There’s a convenience store right across the street, and it’s like a 3 minute walk to the train/bus station- really convenient!! I loved Hiroshima and definitely recommend you take the ferry to Miyajima as well.
MMushNLocation near Hiroshima JR Station, there are large shopping places such as Big Camera nearby. The staff is kind and like a friend. The room is large, a family of 4 can open all suitcases. The second morning, although the road was built at the entrance of the hotel, the room only heard light weight and soundproofed. There is a paid parking lot outside the hotel, which is very convenient. Turn back the choice and will stay again next time.
MMiaoziThe room was clean and the kitchen was convenient to use. The bathroom had a washing area and I was very happy to have a bathtub where I could relax. I wasn't planning on doing laundry, but I used it thinking about what I'd do when I got home. Everything was very helpful.
My mother-in-law was also traveling with us, so I thought the beds were designed to ensure each person's privacy, which was great for allowing everyone to get a good night's sleep. The kids seemed to enjoy the loft.
There was an incident that caused a lot of trouble for the front desk, but they were very kind and helpful throughout.
I'd like to use your services again, thank you.
AAnonymous UserThe traffic is too convenient, 400 meters from the subway, there are luggage weighing and free drinks and microwave ovens in the lobby. Nearby is the convenience store, there are several large shopping malls such as Takashimaya and Kintetsu Department Store. The front desk service is particularly warm and the service is very good! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is also very clean and tidy, the room area is also very large, welcome to Japan tourists to choose this hotel is the best choice!
ああるある/Ali AliI couldn't get a reservation at another hotel, so I stayed at this hotel which had space.
The hotel is a little far from Hiroshima Station, but if you don't have much luggage it's not that far to get around. You can get to the station in about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace.
The front desk is on the first floor, but the elevator is on the second floor. The front desk staff will help you with the stairs, but it may be difficult for those who don't like leaving their luggage with others.
I thought the room I stayed in was a Western-style room, but the inside was a Japanese-style room.
The space at the entrance to put on shoes is narrow and there is no chair, so it is difficult to take off and put on shoes.
Ttenpaland_photripThe shower and toilet are shared, but it's enough for solo travelers or those who want to keep the price low!
The room key is a pin code, so you don't have to carry a key⭕️
There is generally no staff at the reception, but you can check in with a tablet
You need to enter your reservation number, but it was a shame that I couldn't enter the number in the message I received
However, I contacted the nighttime emergency contact number, and they responded even though it was late, so I was able to check in without any problems!
It's small, but there's a Lawson nearby!
There is also an air purifier in the room, so you can stay comfortably✨
