"The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often."

"The room was very clean, and the single room was surprisingly spacious! The view from the window was also great. The service was excellent; they even proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. All modes of transport are available downstairs, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Plus, there's a large shopping mall with a wide variety of food options."

"The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Bus Center, and within walking distance to major attractions and shopping streets. The room was relatively clean, and the Executive Lounge offered complimentary water and drinks, where I could relax and enjoy the city view of Hiroshima."

"This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, right across from the T-Site bookstore. The lobby is on the second floor, and there's a convenience store right on the ground floor. Check-in is self-service, and you can store your luggage for free. They even provide face masks with the toiletries, which is a nice touch! Breakfast is a generous spread, though you might need to queue a bit around 7:00 AM. There were a lot of European and American tourists visiting Hiroshima. Overall, a really great hotel."

"our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint! service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10] room : size was alright for the price, very clean [10/10] location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10] cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！"

"The accommodation was actually better then I thought. Starting off the staff was really helpful and was able to speak English. The floors are stuck separated by gender and I was on the sixth floor, which had a nice as well they gave great selection of amenities, such as sleep, clothing, toothbrushes, razors, towels, etc. they had a lounge on each floor where you can just chill in the surrounding areas. It’s pretty nice too with a family Mart being right next-door and nakau across the street as well. Pretty close to the attractions in Hiroshima all within walkable distance."

"The hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…"

"Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English."
