It was a really good hotel to check in at 3 o'clock and check in at 10 o'clock because of the night flight. In particular, the cost performance was good and the staff were very friendly.

There is only wifi in the lobby, so many guests leave without checking in while working in the lobby.

I had a long-term reservation, but thanks to Trip's prompt response, I was able to get a refund and move to a nearby hotel.
I'm glad I made a reservation with Trip.
If you want to test your courage in a windowless room full of insects in a tilted ruined building, you may want to stay at the story.
By the way, the three-star hotel across from Naname was comfortable.

The hotel is a bit small. The Le Anh Xuan facility looked old and upon arrival was taken to facility number 2 in Ly Tu Trong. However, the hotel room is quite small with the bathroom without closed glass walls, so going in and out of the toilet is all wet. Overall not a good choice, more like a motel than a hotel. However, the hotel reception is polite and supportive

Nothing is good about this hotel except for the fact that it’s located in the prime area of benthan market. More so the place looks shady and very unclean and terrible. The only saving grace is the staff.. staff have been supportive but it’s surely not the way it is shown in pictures.. I am adding few pictures if rooms given to us.. it’s our second anniversary and they have totally spoiled it!
