The location was very good, and it was within cycling distance to Trang An and Mua Cave. However, I felt that the hotel was often different from the information I had confirmed when booking and what I expected.
1. There was almost no water in the shower.
2. I was able to rent a bicycle, but all of the bicycles had flat tires, broken saddles, or broken handlebars.
3. The photo of the restaurant listed was a photo of another restaurant next door.
4. Breakfast was not provided because the person in charge had an upset stomach.
5. Money exchange was not possible.
6. Laundry was not possible.
7. There was no one at the reception desk.
I was unable to make reservations for buses, taxis, etc.

We have a memorable stay at this place, the owner is very enthusiastic. Surrounded by green trees, the lake where they grow lotus flowers in summer is blooming beautifully. We had a room on the 2nd floor, the room was great, clean and fully equipped.Breakfast was free, it was delicious and enough for us. Recommended!

Unfortunately this hotel is well past its prime. Although the owners were friendly, the rooms were very dirty and the shower was broken. When we asked them to take a look at the shower they said they would look at it and didn't turn up to do it. The food had so much MSG that there were still solid crystals of it on my food. I hope they get their act together because as it is now, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here

The dorm room was clean, the toilet is also often cleaned. Close to Trang An, and Hang Mua. There are a few restaurants nearby. Friendly host always tried to help you. Bicycle was borrowed for free, so I had some great outings.

We traveled from Hanoi by a Limousine bus, they dropped us off at this homestay. This place is very easy to find and very convenient to visit around. Only about 2 km to Trang An boat station, 1 km to Mua Cave. Luckily they have free rental bikes. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing place, with very kind host family and great food. Free breakfast and very comfortable bed! Loved my days here. Lots of stuff to do in the area as well, Trang An and Tam Coc are both very close by
