This property is wedged between some large limestone mountains. It is truly picturesque location and difficult to find initially, but after that fine. The rooms are large and basic. No TV but a small fridge, large bathroom with an average shower head. The gardens and pool are well kept and inviting. Breakfast was basic but super tasty. Staff were friendly if you could find them. Bikes and scooters were available for rent. On arrival, there was no transport from the bus station to the Homestay, despite being told there would be taxis on our arrival. They (hotel & taxis) were not contactable. This resulted in over a 1 hour delay finding my way to the property. I stayed during the week, so it was very peaceful although I continued to have difficulty finding anyone when I needed something. A 3 night stay and my room was not serviced at all (no fresh towels, water, toilet paper or beds made). Perhaps this is normal. I also asked about tours assuming they could assist in booking them and was told to rent their scooter and go there myself with Google maps. In hindsight, I am glad they did this. They also booked my onward bus journey and forwarded a jacket that I had left behind. I was very grateful for this and I must mention their Reservations staff on Messenger were always prompt, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
