MMei LengThis is the best hotel in the whole Iceland trip. Reception is super friendly and helpful. All corners are new and clean. Restaurant provides nice food at reasonable price. Free hot tub and sauna facing the glacier. I am just unlucky that the weather was so bad that I cannot really enjoy the view. Breakfast is a must add item as it is so worthwhile. It’s a perfect location if you visit the glacier tour or visit Jökulsárlón.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located in the heart of Hofn. The rooms are large and clean! The water pipe in the bathroom has a very fast flow rate, but there is a bit of sulfur smell, maybe because it is hot spring water! But all in all it’s not bad

GGuest UserThe room and the shared area are clean but one disadvantage is that you can hear each movement from your upstairs or outside your room, even they walked. Besides, the self- service laundry is a bit overpriced for us although maybe I do not have much idea on how the market price in Iceland shall be. The location is quite ok and parking is convenient. And there is sufficient space for the shared area to no matter enjoy your meal or take a rest. By the way, the bed is too soft for us and the amenities in the room is quite simple especially the coat hanger.

Tough times are a blessing in disguise, it always reveals the true color of the people around us.
We planned to stay in 2020 however Covid happened. Team was very understanding and accommodating to our predicament.
It was a happy surprise to find premise exceeding our expectations too! Shoes are well organised with rack and oraginsers neatly stacked at entrance.
Reception was friendly and informative. Room was clean and neat. In room wash basin was a big plus! There were 2 spacious and well equipt WCs to our section of 6-8rooms.
2 spacious dining areas, 1 large double fridge, 1 single fridge, spacious well equipt kitchen with various prep tables and 2-3+ sinks, pots/pans of various sizes, kitchen towels, utensils, cutleries, hot water dispenser, toaster, coffee percolator, sandwich press, oven, microwave, beverages and absolutely all one needs in the kitchen and more are furnished.
It is also children friendly with baby chair, cot and safe play area provided. Rooms are well sectioned with family rooms assigned at the back, away from the hustle and bustle. There are also rooms in basement.
There is also a washer/dryer and small drying rack at the far end, past kitchens and book cabinet with reading materials for the avid reader.
We had a good comfortable night stay and hope you do too! 🙂

LLiuyongkaiThe biggest feeling is that the space of the bathroom and toilet in the room was added later, it is very cramped, the waterproofing and decoration also feel like they were rushed, and the drainage has a bit of an unpleasant smell.
Everything else is pretty good, especially the food in the restaurant on the first floor is very good.
Recommended to order the grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes, the chicken breast is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it is delicious with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes

GGuest UserNice big room, beds are very good, pillow ok (soft). Shower etc. also clean and do not smell of sulfur. Good and very extensive breakfast. Restaurant is good and has tasty meals for a reasonable price. Service and staff friendly and helpful. Location is remote. Supermarket is far away.
Diamond beach Is relatively close (30 minutes).

The service attitude is also warmer than the average front desk, and the goodwill suddenly doubles. The breakfast is good, there are many breeds, and the cute little shepherd dog is very smart and very well-behaved. The room facilities are very complete, the room decoration is also very new, free parking, I highly recommend this.

Sshiyin7729Advantages: clean and hygienic. Good location, close to the lobster shop. Disadvantages: The room is small, the most amazing thing is that the curtains are only 20cm long. We just lived on the first floor, a short curtain, and the clothes could not be changed. Iceland is so long every day, how do people sleep? I didn’t care if I called the boss, but I later negotiated through Ctrip. But the curtain problem still can't be solved. The door lock of the bath is also bad. You can only ask your friends to look outside when taking a shower. I chose this house for a long time, and I was speechless to myself.

JJIEHepburn really had to set the hotel early, because it was too late, so I lived in two places with my friends. I thought this cheap would be very bad. The result was much better than I thought. Although it was a public bathroom, the small apartment felt neat. The kitchen equipment is all available. It is a good choice for overnight stays. The neighbors are of high quality. The used utensils are cleaned up and quiet. They are much quieter than each other. It is much better than another hotel with more than 2,000.
