There were various hospitality measures in place, and the whole family had a great time. The kids especially loved the crafts in the kids' room. The staff were all warm and friendly. We stayed in a room with an open-air bath, but unlike the photos, it was noticeably worn down over time. If we had known in advance, we would have chosen a different room, so we hope the photos will be updated. Also, the children's lunch was too generous, so it would be nice if they could adjust the portion size. Overall, we were satisfied and would like to stay again.

とても満足の滞在でしたが、チェックアウト後の愛車に愕然としました。赤松の花粉でしょうか…駐車場に停まっていた他のお客様の車両もですが、どれも黄色の車にしか見えない程の花粉が降り積もっていました。貴ホテルHPに注意点として記載があれば宿泊時期をずらすなり対応も可能であったのですが。あるいはお客様サービスをモットーとされている貴ホテルであるなら洗車等々のサービスまでご検討いただけたら、ありがたいですしリピートしたいと思います。

夕食がとても美味しかったです。 とてもでは足りません。とても、とても、とても、超美味しかったです。 ベッドも、とても、とても寝やすかったです。 ただ、到着時のピザの担当者が、若者には「もっとどうですか」。」とすすめているのに、数え８０歳には、素通りでした。 余りの差別に、「どうしてか理由が知りたいです。」家内も同感でした。 こんな男は、草取りか、便所掃除か、ガラス磨きにして欲しいと思ました。

部屋はとても広くゆったり過ごせました。 マッサージチェアもありお風呂の後快適でした。部屋のお風呂も広くて室内にあるので寒くなく窓を開ける事も出来て気に入りました。 我が家は高校生と大学生の子供と家族で宿泊しました。久しぶりに子供が多いホテルに宿泊したので賑やかに感じました。 お風呂もプールの様だったと主人が言ってました。でも部屋のお風呂が最高だったので問題ありません。

GWにお酒好きの夫とこども（4歳1歳）でトドラールームに1泊しました。 初日は雨で早く宿に着いてしまいましたが、嫌な顔せず出迎えてくださり、ピザも運んできてくださって、ビールで乾杯しお庭を見ながらゆっくり寛ぐ事ができました。 4歳の息子はキッズルームにどハマりし、暇さえあればキッズルームでプラレールをして、そこで友達ができたと喜んでいました。キッズルームの近くにロビーがあるので動線がとても良く、お酒を飲みながら夫婦でゆっくりできました。 トドラールームもキッズルーム、ロビー、お風呂にも近く便利で、ミルトンの洗剤が用意されていたりお風呂のバッグの中にビニール袋が入っていたりと細かなサービスが行き届いていて過ごしやすかったです。ベビー認定の宿でも見た事がなかった哺乳瓶用のスポンジもあり夫と驚きました。 もしご予算があれば、離乳食を部屋で食べさせる際に周りを汚してしまいまして..赤ちゃんの手口拭きのようなものがあると大変便利で嬉しいと思いました。 翌日とても晴れて、昨日できなかったヤギ散歩を朝から開催してくださり子どもが大変喜んでいました。新緑の中、家族でお庭のデイベッドに横になってぼーっとしたりと、とても癒されました。 高級な宿を期待していくのではなく、家族で楽しんで寛ぐには最高の宿だと思います。 良いところがありすぎて書ききれませんが、たくさんの思い出ができて最高の八ヶ岳旅行になりまして スタッフの皆さんに感謝しております。 夫も子どもも大変気に入って、今日もここに泊まろう！！と子どもが言うのを宥めながら帰宅しました。笑 スタッフの皆さんが沢山話しかけてくださって、ホスピタリティに溢れていまして素敵でした。 今度はじぃじとばぁばも誘ってまた泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

サービスが良すぎて感動しました！ ウェルカムドリンク飲み放題や外ではマシュマロを焼けたり、ヤギとお散歩できたのが楽しかったです。 レストランでもスタッフさん達が料理やドリンクの説明を細かくしてくださり、分かりやすかったです！ そして、どれも料理美味しかったです。 お部屋は木を基調とした雰囲気でとても落ち着きました。 また必ず泊まりに行きます。 本当にありがとうございました。
