"I used to live in the area, so I'd bathed here many times on day trips. I thought my mother would feel more comfortable at a familiar facility, so this time we stayed in a Western-style room with breakfast included. The room was spacious, and we were able to relax in the semi-double bed. The hot spring doesn't offer any amenities, so we received the bare minimum at the front desk. A plastic basket was provided in the room to take into the bath, which was convenient. There was no facial cleanser or lotion. The hair dryer at the hot spring requires a coin, but it's available in the room. Breakfast was a set meal, with sashimi, grilled fish, cod roe, simmered dishes, etc. Many hotels offer breakfast buffets, but this can be a bit difficult for my elderly mother, so a set meal was very helpful. The side dishes were also delicious. I knew the hot spring water was good, so I was very satisfied. The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi. (I don't think there was.)"
