The front desk people are super nice but we arrived and there were no towels in the room . I went to ask for towels and said they would bring them to the room. At 11pm still no towels and had to go downstairs 3 more times before I got them …

Nice little hotel in the centre of Holbox. Very friendly and English speaking people working there. We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay.
