Merlindale Holiday Apartment is part of a Victorian Country House set in 16 acres of beautiful parkland by the River Tweed. It has its own entrance and parking space and is very quiet and peaceful in the middle of stunning countryside. It has just been upgraded and refurbished to a very high standard and has been awarded a 5 star classification grade from the Scottish Tourist Board. It sleeps 4 very comfortably and consists of, one double bedroom with king size bed, one twin room, large lounge with log burning stove and dining area, well equipped kitchen with dining area and separate utility room and two bathrooms. The hall is large and has a table tennis table available for use of guests. All linen is provided together with central heating, hot water, logs and toiletries (Highland Soap) and a welcome pack of food containing freshly baked bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk, jams, cereals, free range eggs and Border biscuits.Reviews.: We have been open since the 2007 season but the guests we have had have ranged from couples to families.
