"After my satisfied experience with the One Bedroom, I tried their Studio room. Comparing to many other hotel rooms, the Studio is considered very good! It has the same high quality of amenities as the One Bedroom, however during my stay, I got the handicapped studio room and it was lacking the Coffee Capsules and a hair dryer (Though later the staffs gave it to me once I requested them). The other difference with the One bedroom would be the lacking of a wireless bluetooth speaker system. We had an issue with the hot water system during my stay, and the staffs ended up letting us taking a shower in a different room. It was very inconvenient for my wife, but considering the staffs effort in resolving the issue we have to give them a credit. Overall, I would still recommend this property since it was recently opened and they have a great amenities! The staffs are friendly and helpful which is a plus too!"

"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn’t enter it until I learned that it was Airbnb type, and there was no email to inform us to fill in the check-in information beforehand. Fortunately, the cleaning staff could assist in connecting the staff. Be sure to confirm this before check-in"

"Nice hotel, near the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, the top floor terrace can see the top of the tower. The room is small, but the layout is very beautiful and clean. The front desk is very patient and enthusiastic. The area is a safer area in Paris, so you can travel with confidence."

"Excellent apartments! When we booked no reviews and feared, but when we settled, everything was exactly like on the photo! All fresh, clean, convenient and thoughtful. Good mattresses, bedding, lots of dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil is eaten. All instructions, restaurant recommendations were sent in advance. Very recommended! To the Eiffel Tower about 40 minutes walk, the area is quite quiet. And we left small gifts, it was very pleasant)"

"Lovely Appartment, bright and spacious with plenty of things within it to make us stay as comfortable as possible. Well equipped, and the washing machine with detergent was an added bonus. Certainly helped have less washing when I got home! We were close to Metro stations, lots of nice restaurants near where we were staying, and bars. A great shopping department store nearby. Only one small hiccup with the key code to get in when we arrived, but it was easy to contact the landlord and the problem was amended very quickly. Would definitely recommend this place as it was very affordable too!"

"We were surprised with an upgrade at check in and couldn’t be happier to get the roofs of Paris as our views! So beautiful. All super spacious and clean, kitchen equipped for cooking a delicious breakfast and the amenities in the bathroom were from Rituals a brand I love. And coffee at the reception is free all day and night. Neighbourhood is great, full of cafés and restaurants, metro station just around the corner. I cannot recommend more - this is my place in Paris now!"

GGuest UserThis studio loft apartment was exactly as represented in photos and descriptions. It was an acceptable size for the 2 of us. The kitchen functioned, but was just the bare minimum facility. No microwave. Only a few dishes and 2 cookware for the induction stove. A mini fridge with freezer shelf. The bathroom was larger and nicer than expected compared to the rest of the space. The sofa bed was ok - not really comfortable for us, but it worked. The listing stated there was air conditioning, but it’s actually only available during official summer season and that could’ve been made more clear on the listing. Even though the French and other Europeans may be used to not having air conditioning all the time, I feel like they forget that Americans are used to it and generally expect it. To us if a place has air conditioning, it’s a permanent thing that would be available all year long, not something that would actually be removed from the property part of the year. The weather was unusually warm for that time of year and with the Sun beating in the large windows it got quite hot in the room during the day. It really would’ve been nice to have a fan at least. We were unable to figure out how to connect to the WiFi with the instructions given, but it really wasn’t necessary enough to bother with asking about it and spending time trying to figure it out. One other frustration in the space was how the cabinets beside the sofa bed open. It seemed to us that they would be more functional if they all opened in the opposite direction than they currently do. It would also be nice if you’d include a instruction manual on how to use the washer/dryer. We ended up looking it up online. European appliances are so different from the ones in America, most of your American guests will have no idea how to work it. Other than all that, we really loved the room for our stay.

AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :) The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!! At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!

AAnonymous UserMy family had a wonderful stay here. It is a little small for my family of 4 with two teenage children and our bags, but the usage of the space is well thought out. My children slept quite comfortably in the double sofa bed in the living area. The small kitchenette is very well equipped with all the appliances looking rather brand new. There’s even a washing machine though we didn’t try that out. The bedroom is a nice size with a view of the street. It might be a bit noisy as the street is quite busy even late at night. We were not too bothered by the noise. The only downside is the bathroom and the toilet is a little on the small side. But that can be easily overshadowed by the good location and the cleanliness of the apartment. There are lots of food options on the street next to the apartment. With nice cafes and shops. And the subway is just a stone throw away. We had a late flight out and they allowed us to store our luggage in their luggage room till it’s time for our flight. Overall we had a very pleasant stay here. I will highly recommend this.

TTaenie_S公寓式自助入住，入住前兩天會通過預訂郵箱發送方卡的二維碼，通過二維碼開門，樓道和房間內的格局都比較小，可以看得出來設計的時候花了很多心思，要注意的是入住後知道退房都不打掃衞生，如果需要打掃要按照打掃程度收取費用，房間內有咖啡機和廚具餐具，最重要的是有洗烘一體的洗衣機還送了兩塊壓縮洗衣粉，非常方便！酒店位置也不錯，樓下就是一家經營了幾十年的法餐老餐廳，離盧浮宮和蓬皮杜步行十分鐘的距離

KKit NgoiI came to Paris for my birthday trip. The room I booked gave me a superb view of the Eiffel Tower, especially every night. I would say this apartment is value for money, given the price paid for the view. However, 3 large items have disappointed me badly. 1) I was overcharged for the tourist tax. I only found out on the last day during check out that the tourist tax was counted via number of pax, instead of per room. I only had 3 pax staying in the room but was charged the tourism tax for 4 pax, which is the maximum capacity of the room I booked. I did not have the time to pick this up on my last day as my driver was already here and I was rushing to my flight. I am very disappointed with the dishonesty I have faced here. 2) Security is a big issue. I have placed “Do Not Disturb” tag outside my room, but someone still entered my room to pick up the portable heater which one of your staff delivered on the first night. I had many valuables in the room and hence I indicated “Do Not Disturb” as I don’t wish for anyone to enter. This is a big security breach and it happened on my second day of stay. I went down to the reception in the evening instantly when I realised someone has entered. The reception just told me that they are deeply sorry and they can’t do anything, and asked me to see the manager the next day instead. The next day, in the morning at 10:00am 31 Oct 2025, when I asked to see the manager, the reception kept telling me the manager wasn’t available. Even when I came back at 6:00pm the same day, the reception still told me the same thing - manager wasn’t available. It seems like the reception is just hiding and preventing me from talking to the manager. This is utter rubbish. 3) Facilities in my room were not working - the heating rack in the toilet was not working, the lamps in the living room were not working. My entire room was so poorly lit. For a hotel chain under the Accor group, I expect something better.

CChee LumIt is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby. We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all. Would I return? Yes sure

SsykhooPros 1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel 2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy! 3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast. 4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. 5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay. 6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track. Cons 1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs. 2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some. 3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!
