It is built on a hill, though, so it does require steps down to the house and more steps down to the decks and lake. This space is no smoking, no pets and no parties. Due to the steepness of the inside stairs and the number of stairs to/from the house and lake, I don’t recommend this space for toddlers or very young children. Guests access this home by a door code on the front door. Once inside, the decks can also be accessed through the downstairs slider. Guests can access all of the finished parts of the house plus use the washer dryer in the unfinished part of the basement. Kayaks, a swimming dock (seasonal), and a charcoal grill are available for your outdoor usage. Star gazing is encouraged! Indoors you will find games to play and high speed internet for working or streaming your favorite shows/movies (streaming services are the responsibility of the tenant). A fully stocked kitchen will allow you to cook Michelin star meals and cocktails for all.
