A Magical Upgrade Experience! 🌟 Just got back from the most incredible stay at! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a stunning suite, and it completely transformed our trip! The beautiful views, spacious room, and luxurious amenities made us feel like royalty. Huge thanks to the amazing team for making our getaway unforgettable! We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! 🏖️✨

The hotel did nothing wrong. They followed normal procedures but could not provide any further service/help, which makes me feel bad about this experience. There’s no assistance in early checkin. I was planning to check in earlier to decorate the room for my girlfriend’s birthday surprise, but they were unable to offer any help. Even it is mentioned birthday celebration, There is no upgrade of room (tho it’s not mandatory service), but just only one very small “test tube size” red wine… I feel disappointed for I expect more for a $1300 4.5 star hotel.

The hotel and its neighbourhood made our stay feels like home! Even we are from Hong Kong, just a getaway trip for the weekend. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the MTR station, surrounded by many local restaurants and supermarket. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is fantastic, opens 24-hours, with sea view. Good variety of the machines are available. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool! Love the “explore North Point” programme that allows visitors to follow the guide, trying some local food with the voucher. It was fun! As a hongkonger we had so much fun to explore and try new things! Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists!

It was my first time staying at Ascott Hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel is located in the North Point community, which is very lively and close to the local vegetable market and shopping mall. It is suitable for solo travelers who want to travel in depth in Hong Kong. The hotel management is excellent. Whether it is the front desk or the concierge, the porter is very nice. In addition to helping me call a taxi, he also put all the luggage neatly in the car in advance, which is very professional!
