Hotel located so conveniently near to the arrival gate with clear sign and direction. Do not have to worry about the luggage and it is a perfect stay for a short transit and at the same time spending some hour in hong kong (via airport express).
The hotel also provide shuttle bus to a near MTR on hourly basis

Convenient as the hotel is connected to the airport, literally 5mins walk from the airport via a connecting walkway. Hotel is clean, promote sustainability (meaning no toiletries provided, but able to request from the app - scan the QR code).

Seamless check-in and -out process even though I was in and out within 8h due to my schedule. They provided a full suite of amenities (water and dental kit) so you don’t have to worry about forgetting yours.

Early flight, so I booked the Airport Hotel, very friendly staff, even I arrived very late. They remembered me and gave me an upgrade. Nice room, the lights system and switch system needs an update. I will come back.

The hotel located at the Airport. Services from staff are good. The bed is not too comfortable for us and the bathroom is a bit old (I think it's needed to be renovated). At night, Showering sounds and flushing sounds from the next door is annoying LOUD. For breakfast, honestly, I had better in other hotels.
I'm wondering why Hotel shuttle bus leave to Tung Chung MTR station every hour instead of every half an hour like other hotels (ex. Marriott or Fourpoint Sheration...). Anyway the best thing for this hotel is you can hardly miss your flight as it is only 5-mins walk to Airport departure hall.
