Got a room at 1/F only … as a person who comes back this much and still don’t offer high floor is disappointing. Prefer quiet room away from elevators. Hopefully next time can have better option.

Hotel looks elegant/posh, smells good. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Amenities with charges except pump shampoo/conditioner/showergel/hand soap. New policy 3% tax to be paid on top of room rate. Room is clean and aesthetic but smaller than expected for 3 persons. 3person room smaller than other hotels. It’s hard to arrange luggages. Forgot to take photos of room but about 1 foot space for walking placing our things.

It was a cold evening when we arrived as a late check in returning from China Trip, the Staff are super nice and courteous, we are being upgraded to a family room as shown on photos thou just 2 people living for the night, the other connecting room overlooking sea view with the sofa.
Amenities are good enough, I m
So used to shower caps as it’s not provided in most hotel (HK Law go green no use of plastic) the rest of the basic amenities are all provided !
The stay is very pleasant! Thumbs up 👍
