Location is excellent within minutes walk to the MTR station.
The place is old but everything works and is spacious, only complaint is due to the shape of the room the power sockets were not in friendly location. (Pillows were a bit too tall for my liking though🤣).
Also good to mention, there's a water dispensary machine on every floor.
The Staff were friendly when I borrowed USB charging cables, iron and ironing board.
The breakfast is very basic. Coffee, juice, toast, bun, cereal, apple and porridge. Not a must but a good add on.

Horrible breakfast. Only bread and nothing else for breakfast. Not even cheese or jam. The hotel refused to refund the money for breakfast
The cleaning ladies were laughing loudly and talking in a loud voice at about 8 am.
The hotel is old. Very old. The plaster is peeling off in places. The carpet on the floor is stained. The bathroom is dirty.
Pros: large room, location, allowed to leave suitcases until 9pm after checkout
Conclusion: It is better to rent a large room in a new hotel on the outskirts of the city and get there by subway in Hong Kong. The impressions will be much better.

I stayed kin this hotel for a number of times. I need to change hotel because one of the days during my trip the hotel was fully booked. A pity.

The location of the hotel is at nathan road, right across the metro station, just a minutes walk! Definitely recommended! And the price is very good too!

Good location, rooms are spacious enough. The hotel has "vintage" interiors but is still curated. Small improvements to the room would make the stay more comfortable, eg we only had one nightstand on one side of the bed, no power outlet in proximity of the bed. We had breakfast included with our booking, which was ok, quite plain (coffee, juice, bread and butter, milk and cereals, porridge), available only until 9.30.

This stay was not as pleasant as our previous visits to this hotel. Front desk staff was rude and unpleasant. No amenities because of the new HK laws and measly breakfast made this stay a little sad. The location cannot be beat though, since it’s near a lot of restaurants and stores. Also, it is accessible to a lot of public transportation.
